I simply love the resident evil series. I'm happy they making this game but if you think about it, there isn't going to be a RE2 Remake after this.

Yeah, that's very likely.

Since the "chronicles" games pretty much sum up a lot of the other games (sans many puzzles), they really would have no reason to make a remake of the same exact story. Though that's bad news for the hard core fans of the older RE style.

I remember them saying that they wouldn't remake the games past RE1, so there'd be no remakes of RE2, 3, etc. It may work out for the best, though. Think about how old noir movies would be if they were remade- they'd lose their charm.

Im with ya, I like the new gameplay but have you seen resident evil 4.5? where it went over the shoulder only when you aimed the gun. That would be nice, but with this it would almost make it redundant, and I doubt they will now....

This isn't a proper remake, and Capcom sure has been lazy on stuff, but I really doubt they will give us the one we have been wanting, and for other reasons they shouldn't do it anyway, because then they will have to remake RE3, and it would then leave CVX a bit off graphic wise...I think instead of everyone wanting Capcom to go back like that, we should look at the future, RE6.:)

Finally someone says it XD. I've also noticed Capcom being really lazy with the games they been putting out lately as well. DMC4 was meh, and SF4 was meh, and RE5 for being push back so many times, I would of thought it would be better, but it wasn't all that. And don't get me started on the recent DLC's they putting out either XD. I don't really see a bright future for Capcom, if they keep doing this.

1 - resident evil is a saga for nintendo because the first game went for NES

2 - The 360 and ps3 have re5, are one fuckers, because capcom went the re4 for the gamecub exclusive and adapted to ps2 and pc, and re5 is with u

3 - the wii have more experience for the survival horror games

4 - re dsc is BETTER that the 5 because is in NIGHT, are ZOMBIES, and has TERROR
