OK man thank you for your reponse. When I am going in USA I'm going in N.O and I have see a lot of poverty and when I'm going in the 3rd ward I have see a real ghetto like french project. French project are more rotten (no electricity, elevators broken) but they are realy less dangerous than melph, calliope and magnolia. Live in N.O housing project change a men cause a lot of people dead you can see every thing in this ghetto I now that. I pray for all of you man, to have a better life.
