gta is the best and only way games should be made. a full sized map all with complete access to do what you wish in. the only problem with this is it lowers the number of more games you would have went out to buy because the replay value is so large on games like that. don't get me wrong everyday has its own thing but if it works then i'd do free roam at all costs. it makes a game so much better. i got this for christmas.. or will hehehe. kind of excited.

Ye, I got this game... it's pretty cool, but it can be confusing when theirs no explenation mark at the map so you don't know where to go :P.

Overall nice game, I'm always in detective mode so I can see suspects/victims!

Can you like do free-play, like swing from buildings from buildings with his little bat-rope thing whatever he has, and like go ontop of buildings, jump down and shit? Or is it like some faggotry hardcore mission shit, where you can only do missions, one after another like the previous batman game?

its more of a straight mission game but you can explore previous areas in the game with new gadgets you get and you can go all over the island and get on top of buildings. But if you want to get new gadgets and items you have to do missions which are pretty fun.

Arkham Asylum was orignaly an 1800's gothic style victorian house, that was later converted into a mental hospital in the early 1900s (somwhere between 1900-1920 it's not really stated in the comics) when work on the facility began no real changes were made to the desgin of the gothic house, simply security was placed within to contain the mentally ill, the main reason work stopped was because Arkham went insane and murdered his contractors with an axe.

Heath Ledger probably played the Joker better than anyone else so far, but the voice of the Joker is not as good as the cartoons or the video game. Voice over actors are normally not good on the camera, the guy who does this voice definitly sounds more like the deranged joker. He probably couldn't pull off the look or the acting expressions like Heath Ledger did.
