No motive? The wounds inconsistent with the alleged 'murder weapon? No DNA, hair, or skin samples from RS or AK in the room, but Rudy Guede left dozens of samples? Did they commit the murder in space suits, hovering in mid-air?? The prosecutor is a nutter who believes in satanic rituals and witchcraft! I could go on but why bother. Raffaele Sollecito & Amanda Knox are innocent.

From information found in Massei's report about the time the victim's second phone was found, I found numerous lies by the postal police related to the police saying they arrived at the apartment before Raffaele called the police's emergency phone number. Also I found other lies in the reports. Google injusticeinperugia to find the skinny about this fiasco some call justice. I'm sure the authorities would say the lies are only mistakes but in my opinion they are lies.

This is a horrible murder of a promising young girl. Having said that, Amanda Knox and Rafaelle Sollecito are innocent. We are all captivated by an intriguing story, but there is NO evidence to support the prosecution's case of some bizarre sex game run amok. Rudy Guede, the known criminal with a history of breaking and entering, was surprised at the scene and killed Meredith Kercher all by himself.

Poor family, great example of dignity. Great people. The analysis of the case is OK, but defending AK with lies and falsehoods is disgraceful. This is not a controversial trial. Legal analyst does not know anything. Trial documents are public unless a judge makes hearings private. Here they were public except autopsy. TOTAL BS...and Amanda had zero credibility given the continuous lies....but she was judged guilty on evidence not credibility...

No thanks, 'allysjill'. I've had enough of Bruce Fisher's "facts" and his paranoid fanatical delusions. Especially now that he claims that he needs to "educate" the Kercher family about their daughter and sister's death. Rest in Peace, Meredith Susanna Cara Kercher.. My heart goes out to your family and friends. The only real "injustice" is that you are no longer in this world while your murderer sits eating crabcakes in her cell, playing guitar and getting her hair done.

A bright young honor student with a reputation for kindness and honesty goes off to study in Italy and overnight turns into a vicious murderer and liar? Im skeptical. Seems hard to believe without some real proof. I looked all over the net for proof and didnt find it. Found lots of slurs and allegations but all of it shown to be untrue or reasonably refuted. Im firmly convinced she is innocent. Now someone has collected the information and posted it here:

The "legal expert" doesn't have a particularly sensitive tone of voice when he's speaking about the victim's family and her death by suffocation. Something about his demeanor reminds me of Tom Cruise jumping on Oprah's coach.
