Your front wheel brackets must be perpendicular to the ground. There is an adjustment with the screws that hold the front wheel bracket on the wheelchair.

For everyone who harps on him using his legs, there are many different things that can cause a person to need a wheel chair, and many different levels of "disability". There is such a thing as a "incomplete paralysis" where the person has limited use of their limbs, but not total control. If you notice, he uses his hand to place his leg, then uses the leg muscles to right himself.
