Those men are making choices, whether they attend church or not. There is also a very powerful spirtual warfare going on out there that most people are oblivious to. There are evil spirits that cause all kinds of turmoil and affliction. You have to have armor from the Bible to defeat them. It can be done. I've seen it with my own eyes. Pray!
Ok! This does not mean all churches are bad, nor are Christians. When the bible states to submit to your husband, it doesn't mean to kneel down to him...it means submit for consideration to your husband. That is what the interpretation actually means in Hebrew. Please research the Bible and look at the words carefully. Of course God does not want us to be abused or do everything our husbands tell us. He wants us to love our husbands and share with them. And yes, I've been abused & in hospital.
With over 40 years of exposure to the seventh day adventists religion, it was a horrible experience overall. I found seventh day adventists to be hypocrites, a fake ,fraud, and a phony. Verbally abusive, materialistic and cruel. Tried to split up my family and left us homeless many times. The seventh day adventists are a multi-billion dollar brainwashing cult business.
According to the Bible it tells us to submitt to our husbands as we do to the Lord. that is a fact, our father in heaven does not agree with what there doing abusiveness the father rather see reconciliation but if he is abusive plainly seperate and leave that in Gods hands God he loves us equally and if you have a problem take it in prayer and believe what your asking for and dont stay in a abusive relationship you be blessed my sisters and trust in God for he is your refuge and strength!!!

Women, God told man to cherish his wife. Your husband does not have the right to hurt you either physically or emotionally. Don't suffer in silence to protect your abuser. TELL SOMEONE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE! The law is for the lawless and that means CHURCH MEN TOO!
