A Republican win in Congress can be totally nullified by having a majority left Supreme Court. If just one conservative judege decides to retire (as is the case with Judge Kennedy) Obama will again nominate one of his left leaning Communist, anti-America buddies. Once he has a left leaning Supreme Court the Republcan Congress will be left powerless when it comes to repealing Obamacare. Remember the people are in office until the die or retire.

It would only take 2 Supreme Court Justices (or Injustices, rather) to REVERSE the historical understanding of the 2nd Amendment as applying to individuals!
