a thin piece of my front tooth up round the gum line ( i dont think below it ) someone came off , what would you recommend as i cant go or get to the dentist ( complex ) i can live but its irritating and im concerned it might get worse , sensitive or infected etc

I am in the same predicament, except mine is probably worse. Near the gumline of one of my teeth, a chunk is missing, probably due to what looks like decay. I can't go to the dentist, and it looks terrible when I smile. I need some way to make it look less noticeable. This kind of thing may work, but I need it in white, not red as demonstrated.

Why is dentistry so expensive? 90% of the people can't afford it at all. Do dentists take The Hippocratic Oath? To knowingly allow anyone who is suffering when you have the knowledge that can end that suffering, regardless of compensation, is a crime against humanity.

@AceOfHeart2012 but doctors do this too , and politicians and... my point is that the argument of suffering can be suited to whoever it pleases.. the irony in the " caring profession " is it is nothing to do with caring at all , its simply business men and women who are using other ways of exploiting us through our health because they know we have no other choice, so you right its like passive torture but deception too

thers 2 things you can do if u hav got a chipped tooth.

1. Get it fixed. (a year later itl chip again)

or

2. Get use to your chipped tooth

thats what i did. nuber 2 i got use to my chipped toth after i got it fixed and got chipped again

I see people who place temporary filings in huge holes in their teeth. little did they know, that hole was draining the infection of a badly decayed tooth. The drainage out of this hole was actually a good thing. They come to my dental clinic the next day with a huge abscess and facial space infection, which is now a much more serious problem. My advice - don't ever use this stuff yourself. people just don't know what they are blocking up.

tried about three kits so far. what usually happens: clean teath, prepare filling material, fill tooth, bite down and then the filling material sticks to the opposing teath and when you open your mouth the filling is pulled away. tried leaving a filling to set over night, in the morning it just got ground away in a few hours after a few hours and.
