O the misinterpretations of the Constitution. Just be grateful that you live in country where you don't have to worry about you house being bombed and firefights in the streets. Live according to the laws of the land or don't live here at all.
@lamec92 Are you saying that governments OWN all land of their respective countries? How can they claim ownership over what they do not use/need? They'd also need to provide a tonne of evidence to prove it. It would also defy God, as he gave dominion over the earth for ALL people. Lets see a christian country defy the rulings of God..
And for others looking into this "freeman" topic, look towards "Dean Clifford" and his material.
@Kwoddie God instructs us in His word to obey the Government. And we are not above the law in any means. And No I didn't say any of that. Freeman are just Pseudolaw woo's.
@Kwoddie Also Jesus said render to Caesar what is Caesars. We are to obey man's law just as we obey God's law. And government is divinely ordained. God is the only one who can be sovereign, and he has the authority to put others in charge. (Romans13: 1 -7)
@artgirlwethepeople send it back and tell them you no longer represent this and want to collapse the trust and you are now letting you know that you are claiming your rights to all assets/money that is your right!!, it is called US'UFRUCTARY , we let them make money on our land,
Careful about the wolf in sheep's clothing. George Bothwell is a delusional, abusive, manipulative, aging man w/some definite mental health issues. Claiming to be a man of God, he was on the phone w/his son Jus, lying, swearing and cursing and using the Lord's name in vein COUNTLESS times, bullying him to record his journal rants the next time George called back. George, you are where you belong. You should be warehoused somewhere where you can't affect anyone including your sons and the public.
A wolf in sheep's clothing. The man's good with words, believes in the cause with a passion bordering on mania but relentlessly pursues it at the expense of all that makes life sweet. Has fully estranged himself from almost every member of his family, countless friends and acquaintances through years of systemic violence (the man's good with his fists too), verbal abuse and manipulation. David Koresh, Charles Manson, Jim Jones, George Bothwell. Beware a false prophet.
but ... if someone WERE involved in child pornography, wouldn't it be a good thing if they were prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
my personal understanding is that J-F H didn't understand his position well-enough, and ended up contracting with the court. By doing so, his freeman position was lost. He blundered again by breaching his agreement with the court. Possibly a very very good thing...
I have a question- My son was born and we didn't know any better than to get a birth cert. so we did, and after I heard of the strawman I checked all my children birth certs and this son (my youngest) name was written with only the first letter in caps- Im pretty sure someone just accidentally did it, but what are the ramifications?
Very informative but i think we should focus on more important things. You look like you need a good gangbang. I can call some of the boys and we run train on you.
MOST of these "freemen" know exactly jack squat on hard law, or statute. They talk, but won't hit the books, nor apply the law themselves, or back it up with paperwork and court wins. They have no idea what a free hold is, real property or much of anything else. About 95% get burned playing the "jurisdiction" game without even knowing, and breaching executory contracts, then paying for it......
Three books to read- Law of Agency (1901, Cornell College of Law, Ernie Huffcut), Law of Contract (1895) and Law of Real Property (1892?). One book to have fun with- Corpus Juris, 1914/15/16. By the way, there is a difference between a "claim" and a "charge"....and knowing what a Habeas Corpus ACTUALLY is will save your bacon every time.
So lets say, you may not have registered your car... But since the manufacturer itself is one of theirs; corporation registered to a governmental jurisdiction. The car has a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin and if you don't control that you still don't control your car. Why? Because it ain't your car. It never was. Furthermore, if you used FRNs to purchase it all you did is discharge the debt to later date with your promise to pay someday. If you want equity you gotta be willing to do equity.
@SCFreeManSociety You own a lien position on the car, but not the car itself. Essentially you own the liability. You can't own anything if you claim it with debt. So you may "own" your car but this is merely a term of the inequitable condition. It's better to control than to own, just ask the Rothschild Banking dynasty.
All war is hostile corporate takeover and that's how you're viewed by State when you fight against them and claim rights you don't have under their juridical construct.
I am not concerned with how the state views me, though I'm sure they have never said anything nice in my regard.
As for Liens and property and all this... I know what you are saying, as I have been researching law for almost 10 years, believe it or not (I wanted to be a lawyer when I was young. Law is addicting.)
The main point I'm saying is: Bring forth a claim.
Their system demands court satisfaction for such theft. They will never achieve it from the free. :)
@SCFreeManSociety ...and my point is where do you get Standing to bring forth a claim?; and what is your claim?; or the claim or whatever... If you have no right, title, or interest. How can you have standing to state a claim for which relief can be granted?
@SCFreeManSociety Senate Document # 43; SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 62 (Pg 9, Para 2) April 17, 1933. "The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called "ownership"is only by virtue of Government, i.e., law, amounting to mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State."
In other words you're a tenant; a renter. This is the United States Condition.
@SCFreeManSociety ...earlier you said, "Injury/Damage/Fraud against another Human Being..."
You're not an individual, I can accept that. But then you confess that you are Canadian. But then how can you not be subject? Also implying being a Human Being. See: Ballentines Law, under Human Being it reads, See: Monster. The definition of which I think very accurate.
Crytic indeed.
Freedom is not something you can fight for. Freedom is accepting responsibility in going to peace.
@SCFreeManSociety and it's really the same thing in Canada or within any other Crown corporation. If you look hard enough you will find the equivalent somewhere.
There are no Lawyers today. Today we have Attorneys at Law.
I feel like you are reciting a Freeman Introductory guide at me.
Realizing the law and semantics in relation to it, are very good tools. Yet, if one wants to find themselves, they need to go beyond semantics and arguments and realize who they are. Not "human being" or "freeman" or whatever title you wish to call yourself. These work for those who are researching to understand, but it's all external.
One must be steadfast and fearless: After that, there is no external.
@SCFreeManSociety Freeman-On-The-Land and The Right of Self-Determination have very distinct differences. What everyone wants is Self-Determination, but then acting in duality. All this Freeman stuff is still duality. You wanna say there is no external, yet there can be no internal with out the external. Internally there is no dispute, but all human interaction being contractual in nature means externally we have to agree as to what peace is or there can be none. Be it you to me, or the state.
The system has endless patience... It's not like standing up for your self is not admirable. But really, all this stuff is still fighting which will inevitably land you in jail. Maybe not right away, but as soon as you get belligerent with the State. Game over. All these alleged successes are not. They're just being granted leniency. Freeman, natural person, sovereign citizen... all crap. There is only peace & warfare. If you're not going to peace, you're at war. None of this is going to peace.
@TheDaveseal What court, on the face of this planet, would ever admit something that by said admission, would harm their business?
One of the problems with this movement is people confuse two concepts: Freeman and Natural-Person.
Natural-person is an argument made by silly individuals who still don't have a clue =disinfo.
Freeman is a life-style (if you will), by which such things as Contempt, Notices, and all manners of behaviour can be re-taught to you if you so choose.
@SCFreeManSociety It's still warfare & paper terrorism. The real "problem with this movement" is the propensity to believe that biding a little time is some kind of victory. You talk about being re-taught, but I wonder if you can be re-taught. See how that works? What are you gonna do when you find out you had it all wrong?
Another "problem" is people just wanna preach, they don't wanna take a lesson...
@wind0wninja Well, I'm not here to preach anything.
For me, it's about either Love or Fear. I refuse to fear anything.
I am not engaged in war or terrorism. If the Police/Gov/Judges want something from me, they are allowed to ask, just as I am allowed to deny. Yet, if any of those sources breach rights/law, then they personally face the consequences.
I have no interest in attacking the state, only defence to maintain peace.
@SCFreeManSociety I wasn't specifically picking on you or anything but this is a lot of what's going on. You're right it's choice between fear & love. One leads to peace the other leads to warfare.
The 3 basic choices when faced with any offer are to fight or argue which is warfare. Remain silent; which is acquiescence & often leads to warfare. Or acceptance & conditional acceptance although that's not a silver bullet either.
You can't deny when they ask, but you can ask when they ask...
@wind0wninja Very good, it pleases me to see another using their due diligence.
You must pardon the usage of language, I'm not used to others who are sceptical AND capable of this perspective. You are correct that one can not just "deny". Yet the act of Noticing a Notice cancels the previous notice = denied.
Semantics perhaps, but truth none the less, which you appear well aware of.
Condit. Acceptance isn't perfect, but its ability is directly related to the writer. Confidence breeds courage.
@SCFreeManSociety You mean like, here's me noticing your notice so please go away...?
Notice to the agent is notice to the principle; notice to the principle is notice to the agent. Are you doing this to be adversarial or are you coming to an agreement? Are you just noticing notices to notice them? How many notices does it take? So here's your, "second notice and opportunity to cure."
@wind0wninja Notices: Not exactly. My notices are never adversarial and are usually related to diminishing the existence or future possibilities of conflict.
If someone creates conflict, I handle that matter very carefully, sometimes in such a manner you describe.
How many notices? Depends on what exactly you are attempting to do and the circumstances (who, what, where, injury/damage?)
There is no silver bullet, but there is always remedy. Though some remedies require greater technical skill.
You are correct to a point in that the Plaintiff argues first... Except under certain circumstances in which 'Reverse Onus' is elected by said Plaintiff. Under such a circumstance, the Defendant must argue first.
In either situation, one needs only to restrain themselves from arguing while staying firm and not allowing the Prosecution to argue.
And yes, you can stop the Pros. from arguing. It's actually rather humorous when they give up trying.
I have seen many advances in my own community to assure me of this path. Yet, I am humble enough to accept I don't know everything and I could be completely wrong. Does that hold me back? Not for a second.
I stand for MY principles and ideals and I will not waver, not for a moment.
I'm not worried about what the state is doing. Rather, I stand my ground.
Because I'd rather die then spend one moment in fear.
@SCFreeManSociety Your disposition is appreciated & should not be forgotten. I am however still detecting slight bit of misconception for your own condition though.
All this Freeman assumes a position on the Magna Carta; ie lawful rebellion. Well this isn't 1215 anymore; that was done away with in the Civil war. We aren't under the Magna Carta, we're under the Lieber Code. We're all enemies of the state by default.
Whatever anyone wants to think...; I just want to know what that's based on?
@wind0wninja I kindly ask that you don't make assumptions about me. I do not claim the Magna Carta, nor the Constitution etc etc.
These documents are contracts, and I am not a signatory, nor am I a subject under which a signatory holds claim.
I don't blame government or corporations/organizations for what they do/did. It is the individual who is responsible to use due diligence. Instead, it was/is the individual that contracted away their Rights for benefits.
@wind0wninja Unfortunately the coveted Magna Carta was signed under duress! Which means, the Magna Carta is an unlawful document. "Unlawful rebellion" would be a more fitting description.
@JustinWilliam10 I don't know if it was signed under duress... Most people at the time didn't know how to read and write. That's why folks like to say common law is unwritten law. Which all these customs and usages derive; which are agreements. The Magna Carta is someones peace agreement. Carta meaning written letter. You don't need to have signed it. It just says what the King is going to do regardless.
@SCFreeManSociety I'm not saying the Magna Carta is not crap. There is no dispute there. But I don't think Common Law is synonymous with Common Sense since you have no contract; no first hand knowledge. If you have no contract you're what? Innocent = in-non-sense. Like by claiming title to something you don't.
The Common Law is the Common contract ; or knowledge; i.e. what everybody's doing anyway regardless of ethics or morals. People do what they know.
So you may have known about this stuff for 10 years. What about the other 20-30-40 years or whatever? Usurping privileges in collusion and acquiescing in silence. Silent acquiescence in the breach of a treaty can bind a nation. If it can bind a nation, what can it do to the individual?
So yeah, your actions mean everything. If you act and behave like a slave, who is anyone to tell you you're not?
Dude, I could write a book in response to your comment...
Truth in Time, I say.
You have some concepts, you are confused on others...
Slavery is just as much a psychological state as it is a physical one. If you believe you are free, then you are. If you believe you are a slave, then you are.
The problem arises when another believes you to be a slave, and you believe yourself to be free... Hence, Court.
So fight like a slave or a freeman: The choice is yours, isn't it?
@SCFreeManSociety How do you know that you are not the one confused?
True, slavery is a psychological state. that's what I've been getting at. Because, "There are none so hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe that they are free."
Why is it that in the Matrix only Neo saw fit to go to the source and get a peace agreement?; While the rest all fought and danced around half naked just before their onslaught.
If you want to say you're free so-be-it but then don't keep being a slave.
@TheDaveseal Look, you are the one to associate me with my 'brethren'. I speak for myself and do you want to know why you give this impression to me? I'll tell you why anyway: you ask questions like 'where is the proof?' and then you answer it yourself by the lines of 'you can't show it to me because it doesn't exist' . You know, nobody will force you to become a free man, it's not the way it works. I never said this stuff was new but more people see it everyday, you just refuse to learn.
& to NOT keep addresssing him as his Corporate name. Case was dismissed by the Judge & the boy was allowed to leave with no lasting damage to his character. Moral is Dont enter a Court unless u have to. Sign in as your Natural self not your Corporate identity. Thats how my friend was allowed to get away with the Truth. The Courts can only Act of the Corporate Entity and not the Natural human being. All Courts are De-Facto and there are no more Courts De Jour - A Win I think - Peace :) UK
to protect the Boy from the C.P.S who wanted to make an example of him. The boy had done NO harm/injury to anyone & had just made a stupid mistake. The boy was terrified in Court. My friend stated that is this Court intended to be fair then Where were the Jury of 13 Peers? He stated that its all a charade and if more people took responsibility for what their kids are doing, this would not happen again. All throughout the case my friend kept correcting the judge to address him by his Natural name
I have a victory for the Freeman. My friend went to a Magistrates court in aid of a young boy who took a knife into the street (silly mistake) to show off to his friends. My friends shouted to the boy & made him hand over the knife...etc. Court day came, he signed in with his natural name not his Government name.He then proceeded to not rise when judge entered & told the judge & court that we are not at Sea, they have NO jurisdiction, the whole court is a charade & he was only in the Court contd
The reason why we have become what we have is that we have been sitting on our collective arses for the last 70 years and have allowed our "leaders" to run amok. Now that these formerly submissive people are being groped in airports, they are wondering what is going on.
I have used sovereign knowlege to defend myself against six separate false charges where the police where framing mischief by decree against me. All of these charges where dropped due to me not engaging a lawyer and not pleading innocent. In which case i know I would have been found guilty regardless of the truth of my innocence. A word of warning though your testimony if false under the old Sanhedrin version of common law could result in the removal of a mans testicles. great video cheers
I am a living soul, a child of God, with all the authority inherent therein from creation.
The beast known by many names, Government, Corporation, Bank, Court, etc,.. is the usurper of my authority, taking what is mine as it's own through violent force and deception. Having no authority or consent granted by God or myself to do so. It is the goal of the beast to destroy any opposition, to blindly control all of the earth without exception.
If you know who you are, you will NOT need a Job...You are policing other on behalf of the so called "Illuminati" who laugh at you right now...Because a Job is NOT a normal state of being...The "Elites" don't have Job...The same blood that flow in their vein, flows in yours, they use bathroom too,,,So what make them different from you? Knowledge...You better start learning about yourself instead of policing others...Peace
You would find " They own it all including you" really interesting, written by Ronald MacDonald and Robert Rowan. You could listen to some podcast on their website, newpeopleorder, just go to the link page.. Explains what laws are being used, really strange that an island separates traffic on the highway, A transport truck, uses a bill of laden, it delivers to a dock.. We are using the laws of the high seas, used during wartime..
I'm not even so sure this guy has done all of his due diligence as a freeman.. He's a christian fundamentalist who doesn't believe in government ID... Well did he lawfully revoke his? Did he send a NOI/COR, did he inform all parties? Did he prepare any affidavits for the court? You see, the only freeman stories you'll hear are the failed ones, because the other one's they don't want getting out..
i tried to convince the 'authority that there is no such thing as 'impartial' the other day. lol they never bought it. tuts.. right does anyone feel like finding out what ADUTUM means just 4 fun?
One guy gets let out after being in jail for thirteen days for driving too slow. Doesn't seem like enough evidence to prove he was let out because of his freeman argument.
Great subject as always. Anyone wanting to know more about the Freeman movement should check out Canadian Freeman Robert Menard. Check out both of his filmed seminars "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" and "The Magnificent Deception" I think Anita Hit is also a Freeman. FUCKERRRRRZZZ!
You are apparently very lost. The Freemen Society seeks to take themselves out from under Maritime Law which is what the courts use on us now. They DO NOT use Common Law. It is all business transactions. You must know the UCC paperwork in order to get started. You exempt yourself from the system by filing various paperwork. You must get this right though or you go to jail. The court appearance speak is rehearsed also. You must get it right. Or you can opt to become a nonresident alien. :)
Hey, thanks for covering George's struggle. He indeed win. The silence and then outrage following of the unlawful court officials when you claim your rights is proof enough.
if you want to be a freeman, you have to know your rights, and know what legal terms and words actually mean. Go research Robert Arthur Menard, youtube name: mrmitee.
Cool, thanks for explaining the freeman concept. I can see spending an hour or more in school on this topic and not covering more than you have. You rock as a teacher!
@TheDaveseal So you have decided it is not worth the time and effort.
Good for you if you choose other pursuits in life but could you give the proof of what you advance? You sound more and more like the only crazy here, man...Common Law is a widely accepted and known concept to the Commonwealth and beyond. Just because you choose to ignore it won't make it go away...
Being a sovereign might be nice to get you out of a speeding ticket, but it won't save the country. Not enough people are catching on, and fewer yet are willing to oppose the system.
@LordDyhalto I agree. But at least, it is connected to the core of the bigger problems, and it's not something you can do just like that, so people might learn something during the process and decide what they want to do once they have a better overview of the situation. In that sense, it really can be determining and helpful... I think it's part of America becoming an adult (well, the possibility thereof; we'll see...)
Don't you get it, they do not want this information out and it seems you don't either. if we are all crazy why are you wasting your time here. government troll. go away
Sonia, peut-etre tu pourrais faire quelques recherches sur le droit civil francais qui ne suit pas la même tradition que le droit civil britannique...j'ai une copie du blacks law dict. , mais ne pourrait être cité au québec...
the 'g' in the masonic symbol stands for 'government'. As the men get higher and higher ranking - they get a share of the pie. Masons are worldwide for a reason - they are creating fake corrupt governments everywhere.
To prove the Freeman concept holds water there needs to be a well funded, high profile common law case, taken against the government, that results in a landmark precedent. Otherwise, all that we're left with is conjecture, confusion and inflammatory web comments. So far, I haven't seen one provable victory for the Freemen (most cases are thrown out rather than won). So, who's up to the challenge of arranging such a case? You, you or YOU? P.S I like the Freeman concept, but I need proof to commit
@GMPresents One victory that I can tell you about for sure is the case of Ghislaine Lanctot who was arrested for not paying taxes. She pulled a freeman and they ended up having to let her go. She no longer pays taxes (or has a driver's license or any of that other stuff for that matter). It was a hard road for her but she did it because of her personal principles.
@thetruthergirls The Freeman is a good stratagy, but if you declare yourself not to be a member of the state, what steps will the government then take against you? Will they bann you from certain government services like hospitals, policing? Will they black list you from other public services?
@GMPresents I'll be interviewing Mme Ghis on the radio on Dec 2 at 2pm. You can listen in at americanfreedomradio(DOT)com. Her website is personocratia (DOT) com.
@GMPresents The following question regarding "Registration" was recently asked in the form of a Freedom of Information Request to Torbay Council in England..
"Question: If a parent has not registered a child's birth, does Torbay Council have any ability/right to forcibly remove that child from the parents' care without a parent's permission?"
"Answer: No"
It's only a small piece of evidence, but this information is growing all the time. Research it and you'll start to find stuff you can use.
@GMPresents Also check out Charlie Veitch YouTube cveitch, who touches on "freeman" concepts quite a bit and will happily talk to police officers on camera while he reaches various remedies.. whereas a few years ago he would definitely have been bundled into the back of a police van and taken down to the station.
Already a big Love Police fan, but thanks for the tip anyway. His main tack is to ask "am I being detained, am I under arrest" or "is that a request or an order", the latter most likely originating from Rob Menard's teachings. By the way, what's happened to MR MENARD of late?
@GMPresents I do agree with you somewhat but due to the nature of the movement I am wondering if precedent can in fact be set. Since freemen are claiming that the laws and statutes upon which the courts are operating only affect the agents of the corporation, the ruling of the court is moot.... is it not? A freeman appearing in court, to me, seems more like a cease and desist order. Essentially informing the court that they have no power over the sovereign (or soveran) and that they have only
@W4llyB4nger ...showed up in order to prevent the "Authorities" from kicking their doors down with drawn pistols or putting them in handcuffs at their place of business.
@W4llyB4nger yawnamyora, itz al bin donr b4, core pore or at. put it in a box. microsoft is supposed to be pro vect o ring me, then i have virgin bb, best of all is mr pregnant singing 'eye wanna toby a fish or a gyp see' HD
@W4llyB4nger said "I am wondering if precedent can in fact be set"
According to FMOTL, acts and statutes only apply to those who consent to be governed by the legislative body (state government in most cases). However, they also realise that common law does apply. Even sovereign entities are bound by common law (depending on the country of course). So the appeal must be brought before the highest court de jure in the land in order for a precedent to be set and hold value for future cases.
I've already watched Ray St. Clair and the rest of the FreedomRebels contributions. Ray's vids are certainly some of the better examples of the Freeman concept being argued. But (not to belittle his attempts) all he managed to do was have cases "thrown out" of magistrate courts where statutory law applies. A victory for him yes, but not for the landmark case that needs to be won under common law. We're edging closer though, I can feel it :)
@GMPresents many times the defendant is thrown out, thats true as to admit to the lack of juristiction/ability to proceed would mean everyone in the courtroom knowing something very odd/abnormal just happened... but if theyre not detained/fined then thats a win, reading your other comments i can see youre probably aware of this already tho :)
@GMPresents Charlie Sprinkle back in 1975 who sadly passed recently, but he was the oldest "win" that I know of.
Problem is, all the cases that will win, get thrown out, so as not to set the precedence, for if the precedence was set, it would topple the current system as it stands.
What it will really take to win, is a shift in mass consciousness from the need of government. Freedom movement pushes personal responsibility and self governance which in reality is Anarchist Philosophy.
@JohnBabiuk said "Freedom movement pushes personal responsibility and self governance which in reality is Anarchist Philosophy."
Agreed. It's almost a Star Trek utopia. I've always envisaged a comfortable middle-ground: promote self-reliance rather than worship of the state; form a democratically elected CoOp (with extremely limited powers, changeable at any time) to manage the basic running of the country. The stronger the individual, the less centralised the power will be. It's coming...
I have seen vids where they make out sovereigns to be domestic terror like the McVeigh. Law enforcement says that people are mistaken if they believe they can exempt themselves from authority. However, like you said, I'm sure they have to follow a rigorous legal procedure to do it right.
ITS TO BAD YOU CANT FIND A LOT OF IT GOING ON IT MIGHT HELP IN KNOWING HOW TO WORK IT ALL OUT AND TO GET A HANDEL ON IT ALL SO WE CAN PUSH ON WITH IT. ITS A GOOD POST THANKS
The problem is, I don't think we have ever known what true freedom is, so it's always going to be a constant struggle to try to achieve that dream. That said, the "free man" movement makes a hell of a lot more sense to me than the whole "creditors in commerce" or "commercial redemption" process, which I found to be incredibly frustrating and ultimately pointless.
If that can help..I have a playlist with lots of links about this...
We still live in the dark ages...where legalese replaced latin. Funny thing about it is that the Magna Carta was written in latin. Is it just a coincidence?...
Freemen are under laws that involve a victim. Victimless crimes are under statutes that the Freeman doesn't recognize. Child pornography has a victim. Driving a tractor doing work doesn't. If you drive a car on government highways you are under their rules also. No license there can result in a fine no matter if you are a freeman or not. It is the states road after all. You can walk along a highway without license though, so no restrictions on travel there.
it's The Matrix - The Virginia Company is owned by the Royals of the U.K. which are in turn managed by the Vatican via the King (the Pope - he sits on a throne in Rome) we are nothing more than a franchise of a larger business endeavor of control & taxation. we don't even own ourselves. plus the laws of our courts aren't real or just - the real laws are Maritime Laws. basically everything we know & are told is a LIE. plus me love truther girl a whole bunch & me give her smooches : )
UCC...and most people are clueless about how it works. IMO, someone who skirts the courts for the sake of removing their personal responsibility, is just externalizing their actions onto the blame of anyone but themselves. Victimless crimes...makes a whole lot more sense to me for this application. To well know the law, is to beat them with it. Final objective is to represent yourself in truth. We still have to navigate through this arcane world. Knowledge is power. 1<3.
@TheDaveseal I put that out there because it gives you somewhere to start. If you know so much about UCC, why would you ask for proof about the Freeman theory? Obviously you know about this and know about the bonds they take out on us and the lies they tell us to make money from our bodies.
Jordan Maxwell, Robert Arthur Menard and an english gentleman John Harris. A few more names that are speaking more and more about the Freeman idea. In my area there is a freeman group that gets together and discusses cases in the media, and personal encounters with authority.
This "strawman/ entity" business is very much real, but also a red-herring...
Just be careful not to believe everything you are told. I've seen a friend locked up in prison over this very thing. It's not as easy as most people think.
Just make sure your research is sound is all I'm saying. Don't take people's word without seeing the proof of it first.
Don't forget your legal disclaimer: This is not legal advice, etc., etc...lol. Yes, it's all about jurisdiction and when they joinder someone to the NAME, they swoop in and claim jurisdiction. Study, study and don't back down to the thugs people. Scum always rises to the top and case and point, that's what we are seeing today.
There has to be a balance here, I do not know the common law.I do know even the courts use it to make people who have just lived together without marriage pay for a divorce. Since driving on the roads with cars and not horses can be unpredictable, due to human or machine failure, license and registration are needed to constitutionally protect us from each other.
@plainTess Learn the common law then and then comment on it. You can't have it both ways; take the red pill and accept the risks or take the blue pill and go back to sleep and let the wonderful government take care of you.
@plainTess "The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.

You should be warehoused somewhere where you can't affect anyone including your sons and the public.

but ... if someone WERE involved in child pornography, wouldn't it be a good thing if they were prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
my personal understanding is that J-F H didn't understand his position well-enough, and ended up contracting with the court. By doing so, his freeman position was lost. He blundered again by breaching his agreement with the court. Possibly a very very good thing...

If you want equity you gotta be willing to do equity.
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Theoretically that is correct.
Yet if one wishes to discuss theory, then what about Ownership itself?
If I hold something, and no one else holds a claim to it, then I would be considered its 'owner'. Yet, my ownership is only as strong as my grip.
(Possession is 9/10th of the law, and all that)
Essentially, just like in war, you can only own what you can keep and defend. Though violence is not required, action certainly is.
So I own my car, because I properly claimed it.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety You own a lien position on the car, but not the car itself. Essentially you own the liability. You can't own anything if you claim it with debt. So you may "own" your car but this is merely a term of the inequitable condition. It's better to control than to own, just ask the Rothschild Banking dynasty.
All war is hostile corporate takeover and that's how you're viewed by State when you fight against them and claim rights you don't have under their juridical construct.
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Re Liens:

Well, I'm in fact Canadian, but your point remains.
The fact of the matter is: I'm not a subject. I'm not a citizen. I'm not a voter, or any other term people like to use (person, etc).
I am free because I fight daily for my freedom.
Thus, these inventions only apply to those who believe themselves to be free, or those who care not.
Also, if you note, it says "individual ownership". I'm not an individual either.
Law is cryptic.

SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety ...earlier you said, "Injury/Damage/Fraud against another Human Being..."
You're not an individual, I can accept that. But then you confess that you are Canadian. But then how can you not be subject? Also implying being a Human Being. See: Ballentines Law, under Human Being it reads, See: Monster. The definition of which I think very accurate.
Crytic indeed.
Freedom is not something you can fight for. Freedom is accepting responsibility in going to peace.

SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety Freeman-On-The-Land and The Right of Self-Determination have very distinct differences. What everyone wants is Self-Determination, but then acting in duality. All this Freeman stuff is still duality. You wanna say there is no external, yet there can be no internal with out the external. Internally there is no dispute, but all human interaction being contractual in nature means externally we have to agree as to what peace is or there can be none. Be it you to me, or the state.

Maybe not right away, but as soon as you get belligerent with the State. Game over. All these alleged successes are not. They're just being granted leniency. Freeman, natural person, sovereign citizen... all crap. There is only peace & warfare. If you're not going to peace, you're at war. None of this is going to peace.
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@TheDaveseal What court, on the face of this planet, would ever admit something that by said admission, would harm their business?
One of the problems with this movement is people confuse two concepts: Freeman and Natural-Person.
Natural-person is an argument made by silly individuals who still don't have a clue =disinfo.
Freeman is a life-style (if you will), by which such things as Contempt, Notices, and all manners of behaviour can be re-taught to you if you so choose.
-Peace
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety It's still warfare & paper terrorism. The real "problem with this movement" is the propensity to believe that biding a little time is some kind of victory. You talk about being re-taught, but I wonder if you can be re-taught. See how that works? What are you gonna do when you find out you had it all wrong?
Another "problem" is people just wanna preach, they don't wanna take a lesson...
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Well, I'm not here to preach anything.
For me, it's about either Love or Fear. I refuse to fear anything.
I am not engaged in war or terrorism. If the Police/Gov/Judges want something from me, they are allowed to ask, just as I am allowed to deny. Yet, if any of those sources breach rights/law, then they personally face the consequences.
I have no interest in attacking the state, only defence to maintain peace.
There are many remedies to any situation.
Teach me? Please do. :P
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety I wasn't specifically picking on you or anything but this is a lot of what's going on. You're right it's choice between fear & love. One leads to peace the other leads to warfare.
The 3 basic choices when faced with any offer are to fight or argue which is warfare. Remain silent; which is acquiescence & often leads to warfare. Or acceptance & conditional acceptance although that's not a silver bullet either.
You can't deny when they ask, but you can ask when they ask...
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Very good, it pleases me to see another using their due diligence.
You must pardon the usage of language, I'm not used to others who are sceptical AND capable of this perspective. You are correct that one can not just "deny". Yet the act of Noticing a Notice cancels the previous notice = denied.
Semantics perhaps, but truth none the less, which you appear well aware of.
Condit. Acceptance isn't perfect, but its ability is directly related to the writer. Confidence breeds courage.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety You mean like, here's me noticing your notice so please go away...?
Notice to the agent is notice to the principle; notice to the principle is notice to the agent. Are you doing this to be adversarial or are you coming to an agreement? Are you just noticing notices to notice them? How many notices does it take? So here's your, "second notice and opportunity to cure."
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Notices: Not exactly. My notices are never adversarial and are usually related to diminishing the existence or future possibilities of conflict.
If someone creates conflict, I handle that matter very carefully, sometimes in such a manner you describe.
How many notices? Depends on what exactly you are attempting to do and the circumstances (who, what, where, injury/damage?)
There is no silver bullet, but there is always remedy. Though some remedies require greater technical skill.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@wind0wninja
For those who honestly doubt these methods, I ask you this:
Produce for me One case, where the 'defendant' did not argue or contract with the court and yet still lost.
I dare say, you won't find one, because the judge explained it to me perfectly when he said:
"YOUR NOT FOLLOWING PROCEDURE! Look, You argue, then He argues (Prosecutor), then I decide. GOT IT?"
Important to remember: Anger is just Fear with a Mask on.
Judges are angry for a reason (secrecy)

You are correct to a point in that the Plaintiff argues first... Except under certain circumstances in which 'Reverse Onus' is elected by said Plaintiff. Under such a circumstance, the Defendant must argue first.
In either situation, one needs only to restrain themselves from arguing while staying firm and not allowing the Prosecution to argue.
And yes, you can stop the Pros. from arguing. It's actually rather humorous when they give up trying.

@wind0wninja Part 2:
Just remember: Fear is the most powerful weapon.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety Your disposition is appreciated & should not be forgotten. I am however still detecting slight bit of misconception for your own condition though.
All this Freeman assumes a position on the Magna Carta; ie lawful rebellion. Well this isn't 1215 anymore; that was done away with in the Civil war. We aren't under the Magna Carta, we're under the Lieber Code. We're all enemies of the state by default.
Whatever anyone wants to think...; I just want to know what that's based on?
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja I kindly ask that you don't make assumptions about me. I do not claim the Magna Carta, nor the Constitution etc etc.
These documents are contracts, and I am not a signatory, nor am I a subject under which a signatory holds claim.
I don't blame government or corporations/organizations for what they do/did. It is the individual who is responsible to use due diligence. Instead, it was/is the individual that contracted away their Rights for benefits.
Now, here we are.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Unfortunately the coveted Magna Carta was signed under duress! Which means, the Magna Carta is an unlawful document. "Unlawful rebellion" would be a more fitting description.
JustinWilliam10 1 year ago
@JustinWilliam10 I don't know if it was signed under duress... Most people at the time didn't know how to read and write. That's why folks like to say common law is unwritten law. Which all these customs and usages derive; which are agreements. The Magna Carta is someones peace agreement. Carta meaning written letter. You don't need to have signed it. It just says what the King is going to do regardless.
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Well actually, the King was forced to sign it under threat by the nobles, hence duress.
Under contract law, Justin is correct.
Common Law = Common Sense. Hence the maxim in law "Ignorance of the Law is no excuse."
It's impossible for one man to know every statute/act in any nation, there are millions and millions of them.
Yet, this perverted system has used this maxim against the citizens who ignorantly step before it.
-Peace
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety I'm not saying the Magna Carta is not crap. There is no dispute there. But I don't think Common Law is synonymous with Common Sense since you have no contract; no first hand knowledge. If you have no contract you're what? Innocent = in-non-sense. Like by claiming title to something you don't.
The Common Law is the Common contract ; or knowledge; i.e. what everybody's doing anyway regardless of ethics or morals. People do what they know.
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja Magna/Common Law/Huh?:
The Magna is not crap, it has historical significance including: Right of Habeas Corpus through a personal Writ.
Common Law requires no contract, it is in essence accepted principles of courtesy if you will.
Essentially: Do no damage, injury, or fraud.
Think of it this way: The only way a Freeman can lose is:
Contract with Court
Standing
Silence
Injury/Damage/Fraud against another Human Being, who has a claim.
Otherwise: Be Like Water.
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety Habeas Corpus = still a privilege
Law = Contract; Contract = Law
So you may have known about this stuff for 10 years. What about the other 20-30-40 years or whatever? Usurping privileges in collusion and acquiescing in silence. Silent acquiescence in the breach of a treaty can bind a nation. If it can bind a nation, what can it do to the individual?
So yeah, your actions mean everything. If you act and behave like a slave, who is anyone to tell you you're not?
wind0wninja 1 year ago
@wind0wninja
-Peace
SCFreeManSociety 1 year ago
@SCFreeManSociety How do you know that you are not the one confused?
True, slavery is a psychological state. that's what I've been getting at. Because, "There are none so hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe that they are free."
Why is it that in the Matrix only Neo saw fit to go to the source and get a peace agreement?; While the rest all fought and danced around half naked just before their onslaught.
If you want to say you're free so-be-it but then don't keep being a slave.

Being a sovereign might be nice to get you out of a speeding ticket, but it won't save the country. Not enough people are catching on, and fewer yet are willing to oppose the system.
LordDyhalto 1 year ago
@LordDyhalto I agree. But at least, it is connected to the core of the bigger problems, and it's not something you can do just like that, so people might learn something during the process and decide what they want to do once they have a better overview of the situation. In that sense, it really can be determining and helpful... I think it's part of America becoming an adult (well, the possibility thereof; we'll see...)

GMPresents 1 year ago 3
@GMPresents One victory that I can tell you about for sure is the case of Ghislaine Lanctot who was arrested for not paying taxes. She pulled a freeman and they ended up having to let her go. She no longer pays taxes (or has a driver's license or any of that other stuff for that matter). It was a hard road for her but she did it because of her personal principles.

@thetruthergirls The Freeman is a good stratagy, but if you declare yourself not to be a member of the state, what steps will the government then take against you? Will they bann you from certain government services like hospitals, policing? Will they black list you from other public services?

GMPresents 1 year ago
@GMPresents I do agree with you somewhat but due to the nature of the movement I am wondering if precedent can in fact be set. Since freemen are claiming that the laws and statutes upon which the courts are operating only affect the agents of the corporation, the ruling of the court is moot.... is it not? A freeman appearing in court, to me, seems more like a cease and desist order. Essentially informing the court that they have no power over the sovereign (or soveran) and that they have only

GMPresents 1 year ago
@GMPresents many times the defendant is thrown out, thats true as to admit to the lack of juristiction/ability to proceed would mean everyone in the courtroom knowing something very odd/abnormal just happened... but if theyre not detained/fined then thats a win, reading your other comments i can see youre probably aware of this already tho :)
djdnauk1977 1 year ago

I believe that folk tales reflect the reality our ancestors faced.
Think of how many folk tales revolve around the hero/heroine saying the "magic" words or spells exactly RIGHT in order to escape destruction.
Or that the words in the Alic In Wonderland world have totally different meanings.
Or exact ritual movements are required to break the spell.
Everything I learn about the Freeman vs Maritime codes make me think mankind has been traumatized for generations.

Gruvichic2 1 year ago

There has to be a balance here, I do not know the common law.I do know even the courts use it to make people who have just lived together without marriage pay for a divorce. Since driving on the roads with cars and not horses can be unpredictable, due to human or machine failure, license and registration are needed to constitutionally protect us from each other.
