Alright so maybe next time dont f*cking steal sh*t from a hotel you jackass. Dont do the crime if you cant do the time! You commited a crime and these were the consequences. You cant expect to go out and commit crimes, no matter how small, and nothing be done about it.
Protest is so useless. It's a dead tactic from the pre-union era when workers would literally "halt production", go on strike, then picket in front of the factory or w/e to send a direct message. And can you think of a better way to show the powers that be you are completely baffled and out of ideas than to go stand around in the street, holding signs and chanting like drones? Shit, start a fire or kidnap some one's kid. You took off work for this shit? Put some fucken heart into it!!!
Sue the cop, the city and the state for a illegal search and seizure. If they didn't find the soap, nail them for 100M each! Don't forget to include in seperate suits the city and the state. So they think that they can confiscate your belongings without due process? Another law suit! Wow you are going to be rich!
@jasonbourneabc123 and two way radios, that were found, with matching serial numbers of the ones stolen. Try actually listening to the recording next time.
if he is on private property he doesn't even have to tell the cop he is filming him. only in public and only in two states. illinois and massachusetts, i believe.
There is only one state where it is explicitly illegal to record your interactions with cops, Illinois, and that has exceptions. That law is also being challenged and I can't see it standing up to Consitutional scrutiny. Look up the Glik decsion that came out late last year. Its language evisorates any interpretation of laws that restrict recording police encounters and makes a clear case as to why Constitutionally such laws can't work. Only officer safety has any real effect but not much.
Cops are tax collectors “It is not the duty of US police to protect Americans. Their job is to protect the corporation and arrest code breakers.” Sapp v. Supp. 957 it was decided that: “The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States.”
People mix this law up with wiretapping which is TOTALLY different. Wiretapping is when a third party listens into a conversation between two others. This has nothing to do with it and people can record in public whoever they want without permission.

@TheTwoGunKid Enron, Wall Street Crash, and Iraq wouldn't have happened if not for the likes of you and yours!! Next time make yourself useful and steal some cop cars instead.
@paintballingguy Never really seen any two way radios in any hotels I've been to, except the Hilton. Though, I think most of the places I've been to are more of...motels. When we went to the hilton, though, they had a gift basket with all sorts of food, so I took that as an open offer for just about anything that wasn't too big for me to steal without getting suspicion. There were a lot of guards there, sadly.
@FtMSebastion Then you deserve it. I agree, they shouldn't have taken your guns. But you admit stuff got stolen, and that's what they were looking for...
My Comment was to people saying "Hotel soap? I've taken tons of hotel soap" And totally ignoring the fact that two way radios were stolen. And yes, the majority of hotels use two way radios for staff to contact each other.
@TheTwoGunKid they told a lie... they was after something else.... someone probably said there was drugs in the house or something and they used that as a cover up
@paintballingguy they said they found it does not mean they did. I can sit her and say all kinds of things does not mean it is true. example I can say your an asshole but now that does not mean it is true. unless you really are one.....
@GuyverXZ Says the guy who allegedly stole them. Sorry but I don't just take peoples word at face value. Look, Cops don't get warrants from a judge for no reason, they need a good reason and a complaint and possibly even a witness.
This is 6 months old now, I would like so see a follow up.
@paintballingguy tell me what state you live in cause where i live they do this all the time. they get bogus warrants all the time. do not let it fool you. all someone has to is make a call saying this place has drugs or guns or this or that then bang... hell i even know cops who go to pay phones to call in bogus tips like this yet you can believe what you want that is your freedom....
I have a question someone might be able to answer. Does a search warrant state what the cops are looking for? So my question is, if they are looking for hotel towels, how can they confiscate guns? Seems strange that cops can get a warrant for willy nilly crap like towels and use that as an excuse to search the home and end up confiscating guns that have nothing to do with the cops investigation? What's to stop them from confiscating TV's and/or jewelry?
a warretn does state what the cop is looking for but it has to be in a place were it could likely be hidden. for example, if the cop is looking for a shotgun, they cant look in a shoebox. a shot wouldnt ever be in a place like that. a warretn also state rooms and other locations that they are looking. they can only look in those locations. BUT if something is in plain sight, they can confiscate it if it is incriminating.
@madjimms depending on what the investigation is, you have to show them when they request it. If they suspect you are underage, involved in a crime, or just wants to run ids to make sure no one in this suspicious situation has a record, he or she can. As long as they give you a reason for why they are running your license, and that reason is credible, then you have to go with it.
@madjimms there is no (US LAW) they base it on state law, in my state if they have a case they are investigating, or are suspicious, they have every right to ask, they just have to give you a valid reason, which you can check with the dept. I dont need to check flex your rights, this is a policy i know and practice well. :)
NAZI Manchester, New Hampshire Adolf Hitler Police department has issues with the Unites States Constitution. I think the NAZI Manchester Police got their laws from the old NAZI Germany constitution. 1st Amendment clearly being ignored by the NAZI police in Manchster, NH. Without cameras or audio the NAZI plice start being more agressive.

You posters are so dumb. Federal Curcuit courts have ruled that you have a right to record public servants in the conduct of their duties. Just google it to get the case number and once you are armed with that, you're good to go. But if you don't know....
WAKE UP AND READ THE LAW. STOP WAITING OR EXPECTING SOMEONE ELSE TO SECURE YOUR RIGHTS.
( ((Federal Curcuit courts have ruled that you have a right to record public servants in the conduct of their duties. Just google it to get the case number and once you are armed with that, you're good to go. But if you don't know....))))
. I have in the past and never found a case. Would you be so kind to name the case/s that applies? I hope you do better than some the others that site a cases have nothing to do with the subject.
We the People have a major problem. Our country is being overrun by fascism. Our servant agencies are acting like our masters. It has become very difficult to sue a crooked judge, for example.
However the state, and the federal agency, are corporations. Therefore they are subject to UCC. We can use that fact to control our renegade servants.
Join us in learning the law, so that we can again be master to our servant government:
@junfaa befoe you made your post the federal curcuit court ruled that you have a right to record public servants. A RIGHT. It is NOT illegal to record police, it's your RIGHT.
But since you don't pay attention to what's going on in the courts, you spout dis-info whether you meant to or not. It has always been legal. The woretapping laws are bullshit when used to record police. If you READ the wiretapping statutes you'd see that they only apply to SECRET INTERCEPTIONS.
@junfaa sorry i didn't mean to be so aggressive but we're getting jacked up nationwide because people don't really know what's going on! So i spend an hour or so a day posting and trying to wake people up to where the remedy is. It's in the law. It's all there, but you have to READ it. Google makes it easy all states have .gov sites where they post the laws and statutes. I get so frustrated and didn't mean to take it out on you!
@junfaa so also that ruling is retroactive. It means that rules regarding recording police are null and void ab initio (from the start) and you are under no legal obligation to follow any such "rule" nor is any agent bound to enforce it (supreme court on unconstitutional statutes, which is a common SC subject, so it's a commmon problem in that legislatures tend to legislate unconstitutional laws.)
It is NOT police Brutality.... it is civilian neutrality...... any country that will trade freedom for security , deserves and will get neither. grow a set man.....
Google: Martha Laura Granados Immigration Prostitute
The VAWA Immigration Loop-hole:
If you are a woman, pretend to be in love with a US citizen or a Legal Resident, get him to marry you. As soon as you got the marriage certificate dial 211 and falsely accuse him of Domestic Violence and Rape and move to a VAWA shelter.
You will be on a fast-track for a Green-Card and US citizenship - all expenses paid for by the US tax payer and as a bonus you will be getting full social benefits.
People should get more cameras (especially easily-hidden cameras) in their homes and also consult a lawyer ahead of time (some lawyers actually offer free-advice)...If the police around the country are getting fussy about people using cameras, then that means they're scared and trying to use "reverse-psychology" on citizens....Keep up the good work folks! let's not let this Country become a "police-state" too easily!
as i sit watching ridleys report it occurs too me, as my sister has one of the numerous reality shows featuring police dash cam video/audio, that its somehow a felony for you to record the police but, when its their cameras, its not a crime its evidence! Hmm...
manchester cops are very violent when i was 17 years old i had a cop take my shirt off and pulled it over my head and pushing my head into the pavement then put me in the wagin as i was in the booking room i watched 3 cops slap my boy friend in the head because he did not no his social secrerty number our lawer wanted the videos of in the booking room the police department said that they wernt recording that night so awful!!
how come NH is so fascist? i am glad your group is doing something to stop them. isn't there a way to upload videos in real time so that even if the pigs take your cameras it's already too late?
@roaringwaterbay NH is the least fascist. It's just that here you see what is going on because we get video of it and promote it more or less effectively. Also my camera that they seized was, actually, uploading live and all the vid survived.
@roaringwaterbay you have not heard of qik video/? most fones now can upload as they film, if a cop stops me I allways say this video is going viral, live, and is being watched as we speak, you should see the change in them lol
@djroselli6310 you can record from private property to anywhere and if its a problem for cops in the public they cant do shit just tell em to get off your property or get off camera
Failed Nation State! Now all police, courts, elections and the U.S. government represent one thing only. Total centralization of wealth and power. And don’t think the next election is going to help you.
Difference between a policeman and a criminal is a policeman has a badge police is nothing but human trash with a badge and a overpaid job and when he was young he got his ass kicked every day that's reasoning they hates other poor people police are armed and retarded they will hurt or kill you given any chance they love the ruling class they are lapdog for them they will do anything they're told they are the common enemy of the people and always will be
i don't understand don't it ever get dark there night time is the best time to make people get the idea that being a thug with a badge is something you might want to do
Make sure each and every officer has an oath on file, otherwise they are impersonating an officer, you need to do it soon, though, because they will see this and scramble to get them updated if they are out of date.
@maverick10241 I don't support the kkk at all, but even they support the bill of rights when gooberment is concerned. if you can't support a persons right to free speech, even if you don't agree with it, you will be the next person or group to have those rights trampled on.
What possible justification can these public servants cite as a reason why you should not be able to record them? I mean I just dont understand. They are an employee of the people who work in the public arena for the public allegedly for the better good of the public and I would think recording their performance in the exercise of their duties would be encouraged as a measure to ensure that they are consistently performing to the highest of standards. How else can you be sure that they are?
so cops can now come on to someone's property and tell them to leave? while they do "whatever" without the owner's supervision? or consent? on a whim?
sounds like people's constitutional rights have been revoked.
bow down and be good and obedient workers. work to pay taxes so that the rich can fully enjoy everything that someone else worked for.
could everyone please stop standing up for themselves. just go quietly into night without protest. it worked well for germany; why can't we?
NH incoming news: FreeKeene is reporting that agents of the Cheshire County government have destroyed the video their cameras took of a man burning himself alive. Tom Ball self-immolated outside New Hampshire's Cheshire Superior Court, partly in protest of their system. See video descrip for details on this "follow up immolation" of the video you paid for.
The search should be video recorded... to protect the police and the persons being searched from any allegations of wrong doing.
That being said... if you enter my residence I should have every right to record you to ensure that no property was seized that did not pertain to the warrant and that the conduct of the residents and officers was civil.
This "wire tapping" bullshit has to stop. If your in the employ of the public your actions should be recordable to prevent abuse
The inevitable fact is: This whole business about recording cops, and how they're resistant to it, etc., will ultimately resolve in cops taking A BIG STEP BACK in attitude. It can never be stopped, because even an idiot can realize that law enforcement is a PUBLIC enterprise. Constant taping of cops will finally help cops to understand they have to be responsible to the HIGHEST STANDARDS, and have to have the BEST ATTITUDE of all public servants.
Here's the problem: As much as I can agree that Manchester PD sucks balls, and thank God I don't live there, this is not in any way helping the free state project's cause when the people interviewed won't straight up answer as to whether or not they stole anything from a hotel..
One thing I've learned in the past few years when protesting for change, surround yourself with GOOD PEOPLE who will ALWAYS walk a straight line. Anything less, and it spoils your chances for success.
To the police who are watching this video: most of you belong in prison for the crimes you have committed, because the power you have demands higher standards of conduct, not lesser. Those higher standards are there to protect you from the inevitable backlash were your crimes continually swept under the rug or under-charged. Unfortunately, because the reality exists that you are held to a far lesser standard of obedience and punishment, you are quickly losing all credibility, all respect.

@TheTwoGunKid LOL. Every time my mom goes to a hotel, we end up with new towels, soaps, shampoos...coffee...creams...
Though, most the time, thats my fault.

@FtMSebastion And Two way radios?
paintballingguy 3 weeks ago
@paintballingguy Never really seen any two way radios in any hotels I've been to, except the Hilton. Though, I think most of the places I've been to are more of...motels. When we went to the hilton, though, they had a gift basket with all sorts of food, so I took that as an open offer for just about anything that wasn't too big for me to steal without getting suspicion. There were a lot of guards there, sadly.
FtMSebastion 2 weeks ago
@FtMSebastion Then you deserve it. I agree, they shouldn't have taken your guns. But you admit stuff got stolen, and that's what they were looking for...
My Comment was to people saying "Hotel soap? I've taken tons of hotel soap" And totally ignoring the fact that two way radios were stolen. And yes, the majority of hotels use two way radios for staff to contact each other.
paintballingguy 2 weeks ago
@paintballingguy -coughs- My comment actually had nothing to do with the video. I was commenting to the comment.
FtMSebastion 2 weeks ago
@TheTwoGunKid Yes, and two way radios. And apparently the serial numbers matched those of the stolen ones.
paintballingguy 3 weeks ago
@TheTwoGunKid they told a lie... they was after something else.... someone probably said there was drugs in the house or something and they used that as a cover up
GuyverXZ 2 weeks ago
@GuyverXZ No,they found what they were after, two way radios with serial numbers matching the ones stolen. Pay attention next time.
paintballingguy 2 weeks ago
@paintballingguy they said they found it does not mean they did. I can sit her and say all kinds of things does not mean it is true. example I can say your an asshole but now that does not mean it is true. unless you really are one.....
GuyverXZ 2 weeks ago
@paintballingguy he stated they found them yet they was not shown to them once again they was saying shit. could been anything in them boxes...
GuyverXZ 2 weeks ago
@GuyverXZ Says the guy who allegedly stole them. Sorry but I don't just take peoples word at face value. Look, Cops don't get warrants from a judge for no reason, they need a good reason and a complaint and possibly even a witness.
This is 6 months old now, I would like so see a follow up.
paintballingguy 2 weeks ago
@paintballingguy tell me what state you live in cause where i live they do this all the time. they get bogus warrants all the time. do not let it fool you. all someone has to is make a call saying this place has drugs or guns or this or that then bang... hell i even know cops who go to pay phones to call in bogus tips like this yet you can believe what you want that is your freedom....
GuyverXZ 2 weeks ago
Oh my GAUD.. you have a right to video in you HOUSE.. !!! You have a right to record your world. This cannot be law.....? Anywhere.

Also a search warrant must specify two things...Exactly what items they are looking for, and exactly where they are going to look
wildflavor429 2 months ago
If the cops did an unsupervised search and wouldn't allow you to witness...Anything they say or find is not able to be used agaisnt you in court

ElGatoLoco698 3 months ago
@ElGatoLoco698
a warretn does state what the cop is looking for but it has to be in a place were it could likely be hidden. for example, if the cop is looking for a shotgun, they cant look in a shoebox. a shot wouldnt ever be in a place like that. a warretn also state rooms and other locations that they are looking. they can only look in those locations. BUT if something is in plain sight, they can confiscate it if it is incriminating.

You are not required by law to show I.D. unless you are driving a vehicle(bicycle, car)
madjimms 3 months ago
@madjimms depending on what the investigation is, you have to show them when they request it. If they suspect you are underage, involved in a crime, or just wants to run ids to make sure no one in this suspicious situation has a record, he or she can. As long as they give you a reason for why they are running your license, and that reason is credible, then you have to go with it.
awf06 3 months ago
@awf06 That is not what the US laws say. Check out flexyourrights, org
madjimms 3 months ago
@madjimms there is no (US LAW) they base it on state law, in my state if they have a case they are investigating, or are suspicious, they have every right to ask, they just have to give you a valid reason, which you can check with the dept. I dont need to check flex your rights, this is a policy i know and practice well. :)

You posters are so dumb. Federal Curcuit courts have ruled that you have a right to record public servants in the conduct of their duties. Just google it to get the case number and once you are armed with that, you're good to go. But if you don't know....

Join us in learning the law, so that we can again be master to our servant government:

junfaa 5 months ago
@junfaa befoe you made your post the federal curcuit court ruled that you have a right to record public servants. A RIGHT. It is NOT illegal to record police, it's your RIGHT.
But since you don't pay attention to what's going on in the courts, you spout dis-info whether you meant to or not. It has always been legal. The woretapping laws are bullshit when used to record police. If you READ the wiretapping statutes you'd see that they only apply to SECRET INTERCEPTIONS.
Wake up
VerifiedNews 5 months ago
@VerifiedNews damn so i make one mistake but you were right my bad but i don't usually spout missinformation
junfaa 5 months ago
@junfaa sorry i didn't mean to be so aggressive but we're getting jacked up nationwide because people don't really know what's going on! So i spend an hour or so a day posting and trying to wake people up to where the remedy is. It's in the law. It's all there, but you have to READ it. Google makes it easy all states have .gov sites where they post the laws and statutes. I get so frustrated and didn't mean to take it out on you!
VerifiedNews 5 months ago
@junfaa so also that ruling is retroactive. It means that rules regarding recording police are null and void ab initio (from the start) and you are under no legal obligation to follow any such "rule" nor is any agent bound to enforce it (supreme court on unconstitutional statutes, which is a common SC subject, so it's a commmon problem in that legislatures tend to legislate unconstitutional laws.)

Everyone please feel free to use my quote for posters, pamplets, shirts, etc. This quote speaks nothing but the truth about the police.
“The reason the police don’t want people videotaping them is because they don’t want their crimes to be made public.”
