  • This is marvellous :)

    Le beannachdan (With blessings),

Ruiseart (Gaelic Druid Order - Scotland).

  • I like the girl singing in this one

  • Is the longest day the right day to watch the sunrise at Stonehenge? In Newgrange in Ireland, its the Winter solstice because they celebrated the return of the sun, the fact that it didnt disappear.

  • Both, however the shortest day in Midwinter was the most pertinent one, just as Newgrange. You can see the sun set was important as it's where the so-called altar stone faces!

  • Woooooooooooo.... check out the spooky face on the stone at 1:44! Keep watching him if you dare!

  • Did WC dress up with reindeer horns then???

  • The Stag Horns represent the first tangible spirituality in Northern Europe. There is an 18,000 year old cave painting in lescaux, France, which depicts a 'stag shamen'.

He reappears throughout our history .... if you are of a mind to look.

  • I wouldnt mind getting a look at that .. Herne the Hunter can still be seen in Richmond Park I think it is, at times of national emergency.

  • Winston Churchill was a druid apparently.

  • yes he was. My friends are learning about it for A-level Religious Studies.

    Blessed Be )O(

  • So is what I've heard recently true then .. that the V sign is the druidic sign for battle?
