I cant remember which episodes they are but the episode where Piper said "Paige Saved Us, she brought this family back together" and Phoebe saying "She has done so much good," was in the episode where cole wanted the charmed ones to vanquish him because he felt he was unstoppable. The moment those quotes were said is where paige was shot from a darklighter and she was dying right next to her biological father Sam.

I believe that noelhalliwell13 is right, I think that the episode that Piper says, "Welcome to the Power of Four" was the one with the Demon of Illusion. She was referring to herself, Prue, Phoebe, and Leo, she was saying that Leo has a say too. I hope that this has helped in some way :D
