You go anywhere in Peru and it would be weird to find bad food. You can be standing in a corner and someone could be cooking right there with an small saucepan and a couple of tools... it would be great! 100% guaranteed. Best eating country in the whole world!

That was an awesome video. Trekking up to Macchu Picchu and back to Aguas Calientes is sure to make someone hungry, and at 5 soles a pop, one can very well stuff himself or herself silly. Too bad some of the coziest and "homiest" of places to eat there have no names. Now I'm feeling nostalgic...nostalgic enough to wolf down a whole plate of ceviche.
