You do raise some interesting points. Although much of the symbolism that you pointed out can be interpreted in different ways than the ones you showed. Oftentimes though, it is not the fact that symbols are there that is important, but why it is that the symbols were placed where they were. Also, as spiritual en-lighteners, the illuminati could potentially be the saving force of our world rather than the one of it's destruction.
