You guys are right about the life thing. Seriously, if the round ends before someone's super meter builds up, somethings wrong. Also, Ryu looks awkward and I never knew he had red gloves (or did they add that to sf4 hmm). Chun also looks extra manly with those huge arms in the beginning. SF seems to be taking a strange direction.
You also have to consider that they may have the damage all the way up (ie. 4 star, rather than 2 star.) I'm positive that they will at least give you the option to speed up/slow down the game speed.
You're right it is kinda high the damage the characters take that is. They should at least make it where you have 2 life energy bars instead of 1 cause it seems you run out of life energy really fast & quick.
The one thing I think looks a little off is when they fall back, they seem to be floating...

How horrible are their heads.
And like Handman14 says, the characters run out of energy fast.
If it'll be like Street Fighter Ex3 in PS2, then we'll be dissapointed.

I agree, the damage does seem a bit unbalanced. I saw one of these with C. Viper dealing almost a third of a life bar with a normal special attack.
However, I hope they have an option to allow different game speeds--the fast shown here doesn't seem too bad, kinda like Capcom vs. Snk 2
Also, Ryu is a monster.

they speed it up on purpose during development. they will most likely slow it down.
