how long is the campaign?? i liked jedi academy...this seems similar to that...do you have the choice of choosing between good and evil like in that game?

It's nothing like Jedi Academy, I adore those game and this is more hack and slash than anything.

First one took my brother (He's beat it recently and can kinda remember) 8 hours, the second took him 4.

I'm afraid not, they said they were going to do a sequel to Jedi Knight but then didn't. I think it then became this which is a very poor substitute.

Apologies, they said they'd do another Jedi Knight game (or at least hinted on) is what I meant to say, because obviously Jedi Knight got a sequel, as it was Jedi Knight II, lol.

If you have access to a P.C that can play games though, then Steam have the complete collection and it's always worth playing through them again, infact, I think I might do so now :)

To me, yes.

I can't find it enjoyable at all because I keep wanting to scream "You fucking suck, you loser, you're not more powerful than Vader so stop pretending you are you phony!" and other such things. I really did hate the whole way the story played out because it makes Vader look like a pussy.

If it makes you feel any better I despise episodes I, II and III and when the 6 blu ray set comes out I wish smash I, II and III because he ain't releasing IV, V and VI in there own set.

I can do it in one sentence.

It was confirmed in the movies and the official canon that no Jedi/Sith was more powerful than Vader. This games story claims that the apprentice is found because he was more powerful in the ways of the force.

Of the consoles, I think I'd agree. The Wii's a steaming heap of shit, the 360 dies like a bitch and the PS3 also has the awesome Blu Ray player. But if I'm honest, I think P.C gaming is the best you can get.

the thing that pissed me off was the gameplay. i used to devil may cry and ninja gaiden so responsive controls and a "stabile" gameplay is needed. really didnt find that in this game. enemies interrupt your combo hitting you back with one that YOU CANT escape from. an much other flaws. play sith master an see the instability an poor gameplay. hope part 2 they fixed the stuff that frustrates an kills the game

No thanks, I think the PS3 version is shit, so I'd hate the Wii version even more with its poor graphics and Wiimote controls.

The reason I'll never get this game? Your light saber which supposedly is able to cut through anything, can't slice a single hair off your enemies. As much as I'd like to run around as a lightning whore with a low battery powered gimp saber? I'll have to wait until another impressive sw game comes out.

Yup, I think it's stupid and I can't see why they don't let us do it. It can't be a violence thing because the games get stronger ratings that the films to begin with and the films are a lot more violent because of the cutting.

So if they can still get an everyone rating and cut arms off, why can't we have it in the games?

Sabre's cortorise (SP) immediatley so it's not even a blood thing :(

ive got this game for the psp and i really liked the force unleashed mode. story was ok and i agree voice acting sucks. it is easy but that makes it very addictive. great review!

Yup, it covers a large part and stays up for like 5 seconds after you're done and just looks awful.

At least when I do P.C reviews I can use the little dial on the side of the Laptop to turn it's core volume up XD

Yo demon... I have the wii's version of this game and when started to play this rewiew i thought to myself: "nice... The force unleashed for ps3... I wonder if it's much different from my version?"

And turns out that YEAH!... It's like a totally different game.

The graphics look amazing, controlling seem to be better (i hate using that bloody wii remote) and the levels are all different.

I noticed that you didn't score this... but you should be very happy for not having the wii version.

I was gonna get it JUST to see what the differences were, but when I didn't even enjoy the PS3 version, I thought my chances of liking the Wii version were slim to none, lol.

I think you should raise the volume of your TV when you say "I'll just shut up and let you listen to some of the music here."

It's one of those things, it's a bitch to get right and turning it up looks ugly, so it adds another cut and that adds work for my brother.

So when there's a cut anyway, I do turn it up. But I hate making cuts for no reason 'cause he hates me for it, lol.
