Its because inorder to remove the membrane, there is only one serium than can acutally make the membrane weaker. However this serum comes at a risky price. I've been watching this whole walkthrough, and... I think this is the best and most emotional trauma center game. A general rule of thumb for me is if you can feel empathy for the characters, then it's a good game. And I got a little teary eyed when I learned about Rosalia's death.

I also think this game portrayed an epidemic way better. The GUILT crisis seemed like a family catching a cold compared to the spread of the Rosalia Virus.

However, I think the Final Battle was a bit disappointing. ):

The reason the FBI Guy said she gave herself her disease could have been because she transported the GUILT she got in her mission in Second Opinion, Sayonara. Both Spiders and Caterpillars use silk, spiders use it for webs, and caterpillars mostly use it for the cocoon. It would be one explanation for why Savato's Genetics and Rosalia's RNA combined would make a caterpiller in Naomi's heart.

Personally I think First Response ~ Rosalia's Thorns (the track they played for Missing Girl and the last half of Desperate Rescue) would've suited Twisted Rosalia better than Surgery ~ Twisted Rosalia itself. But then again.... Shoji Meguro composed Vulnerability (the EPIC music for mutated Savato in Second Opinion) but unfortunately, he didn't get to compose Twisted Rosalia. :(

Both Savato and Twisted Rosalia effect the heart, and Post-GUILT Savato develops tumors. If I'm correct, Naomi may of had Savato in her past, and if so, could have developed a mutated PGS after having the Savato operated on. This mutated PGS would have been incurable, but it would have taken time for PGS to activate. When she got the Rosalia Virus, it would have consumed the infected cells too, thus consuming the inactive PGS Cells and absorbing the DNA of Savato, mutating into Twisted Rosalia.

I never played any of the other Trauma games so I can't say much about the last "boss" but the end looked awesome. I loved the way it vanished. 8D And it was very emotional, so gameplay wise it may not be amazing, but story wise it's wonderfully touching.

No...no you can't. If your heart truly 'stops', you have no electrical activity in the myocardium from the pacemaker cells. Ergo, no myocardial activity, thus no blood flow. No blood flow = no elastic rebound of arterial wall from pulse pressure differential. No elastic rebound = no pulse. Certainly you can have electrical activity with the resulting cardiac activity too weak or irregular to create a pulse or sustain life, but never a pulse with no cardiac activity.

An AED recognizes irregular or absent electrical activity (kind of like a crude way of interpreting an ECG), and delivers a shock to attempt to override the irregular or absent activity...kind of like 'rebooting' the pacemaker cells of the heart. It does not restore a pulse.

The ONLY time you can have a pulse with no cardiac activity is during effective chest compressions/cardiac massage. And that's only because an externall force is squeezing the heart artificially.
