Great video. It's not a deformed bill. Its the front feathers "glued" from the bird feeding on nectar (on eucalyptus flowers for ex) and it's not uncommon to see. At 1:30 you can hear Long-tailed Tits (Aegithalos caudatus).
@RafaelMatias1976 I did wonder if it was a thorn stuck on the bill base, but the sticky feathers is an interesting answer. We don't have Eucalyptus round here but the bird would only have been in the UK a couple of days or so. I presume you have Eucalyptus in Spain/Portugal? I have heard of Blue Tits feeding on Plum blossom nectar here in the UK but it is a quite rare phenomenon.
They are a fairly common summer visitor and easy to identify when singing. The field characters shown in the graphic help distinguish them from the equally common Willow Warbler
Yes, Eucalyptus are aplenty around here in Portugal :) Unfortunately...
I've seen this feature also on Blackcaps feeding in the same manner.
