maybe Jimi didn't even take the pills, but they weren't lethal to him anyways.

Monika wouldn't kill Jimi man, she loved him too much to not have him around. She went down to buy cigs, and during that period of time, some men came down to his apartment and poured wine down his throat. Jimi was forced to participate in Black Power movements of the 60's against his will by Black Panthers who demanded a position from him. He was getting too much attention, and he would be a big force if he were to participate.

Racist parties just simply pulled a Martin Luther King on Jimi.

Thats one theory, out of 6-7 plausible explanations & insufficient evidence to conclude which is true. Most accusations of who did what are projections telling more about the opinion holder. 3 witnesses saw Monika b vicious 2 Jimi hours earlier, she couldve put sleepers in his food/drink, maybe 2 keep him there, smooth over her attack. Its plausible but we dont know. Imagine her head after screaming at him in the street for 40 min. She'd not c him again, got desperate, art career in ruins!

So do I, after reading the testimonies of the ambulance men, and the doctors who worked on Jimi. It is physically impossible for anyone to fill their own lungs with red wine. One possibility is he was drugged into a barbitual coma and red wine was poured down his throat to drown him. It is common for drowning victims to throw up. That would explain the vomit. Dr. Bannister said Jimi's lungs were filled with red wine. He did Jimi's autopsy.

I also have my doubts about Jimi voluntarily popping those 9 barbiturate tabs and here's why: On Sept. 3, 1970, Alan Wilson of Canned Heat was found dead from a barb overdose. His heart had stopped and there was no reports of him vomiting. Canned Heat performed (w/o Alan Wilson ) at the same Berlin concert that Jimi performed on Sep. 4, 1970. That tells me that Jimi was aware of what happened to Alan Wilson and Jimi knew too much barb meant going to sleep and never waking up.

I always entertained the idea that Jimi committed suicide, but I just don't see it happening. especially because Mike Jeffreys was to be on trial the follow month, in October 1970, and Jimi was getting ready to terminate him as manager. he was also taking the money issues to court. I'm sure this was no fluke, either a murder or suicide, and I ruled out suicide.

It's an 8mm film from in front of the raised stage at Jimi's last concert. The camera points up from front row and catches Jimi crouching on stage while sticking his guitar in his crotch and "humping it" during Foxy Lady - this scene is used to imply he was insulting the roadies who he'd just said on stage were "going out together" (he said this seconds earlier during the intro to Foxy Lady).
