First of all, their sound isn't even THAT different from their early stuff. Second of all, they have by no means sold out and made pop rock, so no one should worry. Their sound sounds more polished but that could be a good thing, because it seems that this record is gonna be AWESOME.

But when it all comes down to it they don't even sound THAT different, not as different as everyone is acting. So let's enjoy the music. Because honestly, Lies sounds like one of the best songs of 2008 so far!

Yes Yes Yes! "LIES" is my favorite song on the album and a top 5 out of all time from TBK. Epic masterpiece. That song has so much feeling in it. And the new album is very good, I don't like it as much as the early stuff but thats because I don't think anything can beat that not even TBK themselves. The album has some awesome songs where the production really works.You can tell when Danger is trying his thing and then when TBK takes over and it's back to greatness.

the song is growing on me. i listened to "lies" on myspace. very very good stuff. i love this band. this is the only modern band that I love, hell the only band i really like.

i don't like listening to an album until the release date. it ruins it for me if i listen to most of the album through other media before i can get the whole cd in stores. as far as the album goes i too wish they would keep it low down dirty blues but i guess they think they can't do the same thing over again, i say F that if you can do the blues right then do a million times over. i think the rest of the album will be better than this song, they just choose the wrong single to put out.

I'm a little bit weary about this song but I think it's growing on me, but I hope the album is still heavily dirty blues. I dig that stuff, and they're the only contemporary band that does it right.
