i thought forrestfire101 was good but now i think he sucks. commenting like that on videos which are made by people who arent as good as him at stop motion is pathetic. who cares if its 2 years ago, and that ur 'sorry.' i've lost all respect for him now. oh yeah, btw great work (NickMOCstudios). good video.
Veru smooth Animation! Did you used any optional software for it??? what FPS did you use for that...it looks very very smooth (I´m trying reach it with Motion Perfect but result is not the same
nicmoc i agree with you....i wouldnt be too hung up on building elaborate sets. i came to your animation via a stopmotion blog article on the logitech 9000 so my question to you is which software are you using and is the article correct in suggesting you're using this hd-webcam?
That is correct, I am using the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. I used a free program called AnimatorDV Simple+ to capture it. Where was this blog by the way? I'd be very interested in reading the article.
What is filmmaking about? Is it about building a big intricate and detailed set, or is it about setting a mood and telling a story? The set doesn't matter as much as how you use it.

@bearmadrid Thank you! I used the free version of AnimatorDV. It was all done at 15fps.

They're in the middle of nowhere. Why would there be sets? I create the atmosphere that fits the script.

What are you, poor? Did you have to break down to spending 10 cents on a kinkos copy?

This was made for a 24 hour competition. I personally thought that the backdrop was used very well.

Hey cool. Not the best plot, but you know. The lighting was different than most other things and it looked good. Good job.
