  • can u please reply!, I can bust out about 3 sets of 10-15 of these with ease now. Iv been doing them for about 3 months now. I HAVENT NOTICED ANY CHANGE IN MY ABS or LACK OF!!! Obviously I do other ab workouts, In your opinion do think these are sufficient for building a good six pack or do they only work lower abs...PLEASE RESPOND and thanks for your time bro

  • @0salinski0 try the ab wheel rollout in addition to these, i believe you will find doing a complete rep with the ab wheel while standing on your feet and maintaining control to be exceptionally difficult. also, for these, as tsurugioni said, this isn't full range; you can bring your feet higher if there isn't a ceiling in your way.

  • I swing back and forth a lot when I try this. Any tips on avoiding that?

  • MmmHmmmm. You need flexibility to do that. To be able to do that you need to be able to easily put your head between your knees.  Then you gotta have the core strength for stabilization, and then good static thigh strength to be able to keep a fully extended leg.
