That wasn't sushi grade tuna. It was fresh tuna. In order for tuna to considered " Sushi grade" the tuna has to be frozen at -4 degrees for 7 days, or "Flash frozen" for 15 hours at -31 degrees. This proceess will kill any bacteria oe perisites on the tuna.

I like the idea, the food looks amazing, I just find it hypocritical that Arizona is so paranoid about illegal aliens "taking" low-paying jobs (i.e. individuals who pick vegetables), when I doubt SERIOUSLY that, that one man picks ALL of his own crops. Confident there are unregistered individuals working there, just out of sight of the camera. Also, kudos to Arizona, you all seem to have amazing restaurants.

the burgers are big but thin...id rather have a burger a bit smaller...'bout 3/4 an inch thick...if i have toppings on my burger i dont like each bite of burger to be over powered by toppings...

I love Joe's BBQ but I was not as impressed with the Farm Grill. I love the organic and local concept but my food was just above average. Burger was dry and lacked flavor and the fries were not very tasty. I did try a few items that were better but still not fantastic like I was expecting. The Panko Onion Rings were horrible.

@turkeys666 I agree with everything you wrote. I live near this place and it is very expensive for average taste. Joe's BBQ is better and Liberty Market is great.

The pizza is the best item I have had.

BTW The coffee house on the same property is supposed to be awesome. I heard they won cupcake wars on the food network.

I just got back from Joes Farm Grill and I ate the Fontina Burger and the sweet potato fries AMAZING!! Especially with the pineapple sauce. Great choice, Guy! Keep in mind their milkshakes are amazing, too.
