They aren't REALLY HD in my opinion. Of course HD is hard to define. They are "HD" in a sense, as they fill all pixels up to 1080P, but all that is happening is stretching of pixels. There is a filter, but this is really a glorified, nicely organized, emulator.

It has state saves, a ok filter, and turbo buttons, all standard features of emulators. If you want to play on the big screen get this, or hook your computer up to your LCD, because there are better filters in other emulators out there.

The reason the Knuckles, Invincibility, and Mini-Boss music is different is because that's the original Sonic 3 music; when you play locked onto Sonic & Knuckles, it'll use the corresponding Sonic & Knuckles songs.
