  • i like youre vidios they help me alot

  • If you weighed 310, what would you do to lose weight??? Love your stuff. I finally understand that I need to get down to average before I worry about carb cycling and spot rduction.

  • @mfsmit01

I'd join the gym and workout with weights every second day. On my days off from the gym I'd go for a walk outside for at least 30 minutes. I'd cut out eating all junk food and focus on eating nothing but clean wholesome foods (i.e no junk, no take out, no sweets, etc.) that shit is what got you to over 300 lbs. to begin with.

  • Was on your page. You have to buy another programm to get this fat spot reduction for free.:-((

  • Hey there Lee,

is it true that muscle burns tiny amounts of fat?

If so, does this mean that over a period of time, my muscles will help me get leaner if I watch what I eat? Or does the fat loss(from my muscles) only occur if I do exercise?

  • @Lexii4Teen

Of course muscle burns fat, and not just "tiny amounts". The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. This is a huge component in getting a lean physique.

  • How do you personally go from average to lean Lee? Same principles as general fat loss, eat less cal's and exercise?

  • @braveheart11

It's a lot of the same stuff, but you have to be more consistent, more strict, more intense, etc. Just look at say the average Joe who works out at your gym compared to say an experienced bodybuilder who is training for a competition. The level of commitment and effort between these two people will be like night and day.

  • yay, i got 16 inch arms, but they wont grow any more... AHHHHHH, my madness, and i have the stubborn lower ab excess fat that wont leave, the last time i saw them was when i was taking lypo 6x, sucks that i had to supplement a fatburner and hardcore dieting to get there.i put on a lot of muscle mass since then but have lost the edge on cardio!!! my madness is right there.

  • THX LEE good advice ive started following your advice and videos for several months now,,diet and exercise ive lost 22 lbs and feel great too,yes it does take work and now im taking to next level,,thx for all great videos and work... mike

  • 1:10 that picture is honest

I hate it when you see crap ads with a belly like that as a Before Picture and the after picture looks like Lee at 0:14

  • Newfie!

  • too lose bodyfats in Spot Reduction you need to fixed your hormones up , what i mean by that ,is that usually mens that have hardtime losing fats around the mid section have high cortisol problem, when they have hardtime losing fats around the chest hips and legs, they have high estrogen problem ,so that being said by fixing your hormone up with certain type of supplements and thechnique in your diet you can lose fat in spot reduction..

  • well spot reduction would work but not the way people think. you can work a muscle and tighten it up under the fat and its going to shrink your measurements but it isnt going to burn the fat in that area. so when you do endless crunches at the beginning if you have never consistently trained like that you will lose inches in that area from tightening the abs. but it wont be fat loss inches. it will merely be muscle tightening under the fat.

  • Spot reduction is for those who already at a single digit fat % levels and just trying to improve those muscles and make it hard. You will then train your abs just like any other muscle parts in your body (chest, back, legs) and I think the most effective way of improving your abs is not by doing ridiculous amount of sit ups and leg raises, but by adding resistance and enough amount of sets/reps to feel the contraction. just my 2 cents

  • 1) Who are these women with 6 packs and junk in the trunk? They sound hot.

    2) Lee your little head turns to and from the monitor to and from the cuts cracked me up!

    3) Seriously though, I've watched your videos for about 2 years now and i can say the difference in quality is superb, the advice has always been great but you've got real presence on camera now, you thinking about tv career?

  • @HeroesofGrammar

Thanks, I try my best to get better and better, so thank you for noticing :-)

  • spot reduction is a myth! every personal trainer tells me that!

  • Hi lee

  • true that works. when you train a hard to get spot hard enough you release lactic acid in that area which converts fat into energy . Btw that burning sensation when u work out is lactic acid being released its good stuff

  • dude come on man.........are you serious?

  • I personally can't think of any logical way to spot reduce fat,

maybe the old work that body part so you get lactic acid build up in that muscle area and then "maybe" depending on your genetics you body will restore glycogen in that muscle with the surrounding fat,

OR just develop the muscles in that area to a greater degree, that might work for many reasons but it wouldn't involve specifically targeting the fat in that area

  • @ethanomglolz

The whole idea of this came about from working with competitive bodybuilders and fitness competitors. Very often guys would diet down to the point where they would have striations in their chest, arms, legs, etc. But still have that softness in their mid-section. With women sometimes they would be dieted down so they are absolutely ripped in the upper body, but still soft in the lower body. That's where specialized spot reduction training techniques are needed.

  • abs are made in the kitchen :)

  • I've tried this and it works well. But you still have to work pretty hard to reduce your overall body fat.

  • lee how big are your arms

  • @Lebron23KING23James

    My arms are 17 inches.

  • @leemhayward mine is 37 cm or 14.5 inches :p

  • @leemhayward say whaaaaaat? my arms are 17inch and look no where near you lol. maybe because im taller? im at about 12% bf

  • @paksallion he has more LBM than you.

  • @paksallion i'm guessing he means 17" without flexing and no pump maybe? are you 17" flexed?

  • @leemhayward Crikey! That's huge...

  • 1st. I did think you lost your marbels.

  • @Bodyboy101

LOL there is method to my madness :-)

  • Hey Lee, so can you give us a free sample workout for spot reduction?

  • @demarco767

It basically involves doing a short term training cycle using high volume, high frequency workouts for your stubborn bodyparts. You need to get more blood flow and metabolic activity into your stubborn areas in order to help metabolism the stubborn bodyfat stores.
