I just finished a phone conversation with the customer relations department @ 1-800-774-2354. They said the $4,737.60 in posted charges to my two credit/debit card accounts were standard business practices even though I didn't buy anything from them. and they didn't care they tied up my money for days.
They also stated they were unwilling to compensate me in any way.
This is of course TOTALY unacceptable! These "credit checks" have to stop! I'm now out several hundred dollars for nothing.

@Conduit13C Shatner isn't broke, he made a fortune off Priceline. He agreed to do the commercials in exchange for stock, and now he's filthy rich. Not the $600 million that was reported, but close enough.

Priceline ripped me off. They have poor customer service. You have to email them to get the 800 number to a live rep... the reps are in some call center somewhere around the world. And every time you have to go through 2 of them. And the end result is no help. They say they apologize, but it is scripted and insincere. If you value your time and money, you won't use Priceline. I won't be using them anymore. See my video "Priceline Fiasco".
