There was nothing anyone could have done about Bourdon it was a tragic motorcycle accident but Alexei Cherepanov should have lived, there was no ambulance at the arena because it left early for some unknown reason and because there was no defibrillator at the arena which most likely would have saved Alexei's life. Nonetheless they were going to be great hockey players and it is an absolute tragedy to see them both die at such a young
