@Hassium Oh, you're not going to like me for this answer, but here goes: the song is called New Year, this is a version recorded just for the movie "In a Day," not sure who sings it, could be the actress herself maybe. Anyway, there's no official recording of it... I do believe someone's put up the scene in the movie where this song is sung...
