They could earn millions of dollars a year and not be sell outs ... but once they start playing the music that the companies want, the music that all the Emo kids listen to, that's what makes them sellouts. Underground network...anti-flag's finest work. A political-punk masterpiece! Their first album is too raw for me and the others one since terror state to "poppy". Underground network is the only album I want to associate with anti-flag. One of the best punk rock albuns ever.
Not to mention A New Kind of Army, not quite the punk masterpiece as Underground Network but touched on more social issues. The first album isn't nearly as raw after you listen to it a few times. I enjoyed Terror State but that's when they started to lose their punk base and attempt to "reach a wider range of people" but intoxicating them with pop choruses and trying to make a "change" while they appeared hypocritical. Still enjoy them and what they say.
