no people are in prison for marijuana but its not small amounts or anything. but some prisons are privatized if you didn't know so governments all about business. if you're against marijuana you're under educated about it. its not like it would make the world worse it would just save the government some money from trying to stop something that isn't and will never work because all of the people who would smoke if legalized are already smoking it. legalize

The war on drugs is no more failing than the war on cancer is. Good people are fighting the fight. Be part of the solution or leave! And stop lying about the "marijuana prison population." Zerod people are in prison for smoking drugs. They lied to Massachusetts and said people were in jail and that millions were being spent to put them there. Total lies and the public fell for it.

The war on drugs is a joke. I can call about 10 different people and get any kind of drug I want. The war on drugs hasnt done anything to stop drug use. It actually promotes it.
