I know some of the workers for TEPCO and this is not true. Not that people on the internet care about truth. Some of the Chernobyl workers were sent immediately into the area with dangerous levels of radiation and died immediately. There have been zero deaths from Fukushima.

@FlyApolloSky  They can't entomb the plant until the risk of further explosions is eliminated, i.e. the fuel rods must be cooled first. Otherwise, the tomb will simply blow up. Plus, to entomb the plant, you're going to need people to do it. This situation isn't over by a lot shot + could literally last for years. This may turn out to be far worse than Chernobl in the long run :(

He mention the military entombing the plant as a last resort and it sounds like he wanted it done now as oppose to the continual release of radiation.
