The ambulances sounds are the NYPD and FDNY sirens: you can get them in the New York Times website.

The others sounds are from my editing software!

the first ambulance (the ambulance with 2 blue lines on the car's roof) is a BLS, and the red, black and white ambulance is an ALS..
