@sasha06081 The battery is an AA type,( AAA or D cells will work) with a neodymium magnet on the base. The wire has to balance on the top battery terminal and lightly touch the magnet for this to work.

no the first number of a binary number can be as many 0's since it will mean nothing...

it probably used the same amount of digits for each letter (making it easier for the developer) where as 111111 is equal to 63 011111 would be equal to 31 00001=A 00010=B 00011=C and so forth

It's a Neodymium magnet, availabe from Ebay. They are very cheap, but also very dangerous, maybe fatal if swallowed. DO NOT LET YOUNGSTERS PLAY WITH THESE.

It's a neodium magnet on the battery and a copper wire balanced on the top. An ordanry fridge magnet won't do the trick as it isn't strong enough. magnets can be gotten from Ebay, About £5 for 5 of them, often free shipping depending on supplier.
