Why would someone say "Tiger doesn't hit it that far so you can't!" Tiger isn't even close to being the biggest hitter out there. Jamie Sadlowski is half this guy's size and hits it even farther. It's very plausible this guy does hit it as far as he says.
Sadlowski has a fantastic swing, huge x-factor stretch, and great flexibility. This guy doesn't clear his hips all the way, and even sadlowski hits a 290 yard 2 iron. So what makes you think this guy can create 150mph club speed? There's just no way. Everybody gets on youtube and lies about their swings and handicaps, but who even cares? You didn't watch the same video I did then. A good swing doesn't come outside in from over a foot. This guy hit one of the nastiest slices I've ever seen. Look at how far right he's looking after he hits it. He comes over the top, and he swings completely with his arms. My SS when swinging my arms at it's HIGHEST is 95. I play to about an 8 handicap, and my highest SS recorded with a driver is 124 with 180 ball speed (smash factor wasn't perfect). But I hit a 2 iron about 250 off a tee.

Using a laser with slope, it adds about 13 yards. I hit 5 iron and completely airmailed the green. As in it landed 5 yards past the back edge of the green and then rolled further long. So... that's like carrying a 5 iron 210...

285 with a 2i doesn't sound too unreasonable. I play with a fellow who has hit his 4i in the 230+ range on a number of occasions. I gave him my 1i to use 1 round & he just bombed it past everyone's drivers. Some people are just stupidly long.
