Um no the Pandemonium jumps go with the music while these jumps are just retarded. Pandemonium is mostly stream while this is just fail jumps with a large crossover stream at the end.

It looks like Konami structured this chart to be a technical challenge with a specific focus; you have to admit that there's nothing difficult in the same way NGO oni is, with the high speed stepjumps and twisty end run. It's not bad, it's just different, and it serves its purpose well.
