neji is the best in ultimate ninja storm....ill tell you a secret when you are using neji use the up combo dont do the last hit and you and your opponent will fall almost at the same time becouse you will land first.

so in the moment you land do any other combo and your opponent wont guard becouse when you hit him it will still be on the air.

Air dash. It auto locks onto the target really quickly when you launch them. Just double tap X after the launch. The timing is different with each character, but generaly, push X right before you kick them up.
