I was part of that first generation of Texas homeschool kids - and quite proud of that. There's nothing like being able to think for oneself instead of being part of the herd, to say nothing of literacy and understanding history without the far-left's revisionism. There's also being able to find one's own country on a map, which most public school kids are unable to do. Frankly, the NEA is a child abuse organization.
