The problem is Sir Noel really was the Master, especially at singing/performing his own material and it's very hard if not impossible to equal his renditions of his own songs, and would appear to be an impudence on my part to do so, unless I can come up with an angle such as in this one. Hi adeyfield, strangely enough, something very similar happened to me in real life. I was working on a cruise ship and went ashore for the evening. Unbeknownst to me however the Captain changed the sailing time and the ship left earlier than I expected. I got back to the port to find it gone. I managed to rejoin it at its next port of call.
