Just because the colors and brighter, the textures are softer and the characters seem slightly (Yes, just a bit, TP characters weren't exactly realistic) more tooned-up it doesn't mean it's anythingcell-shaded. Think about Sonic or Mario games, like Colors or Galaxy, it's a similar style, but they're not cell-shaded, are they?

@PrincessLunaFlower Here's something new: It's OVER half done. Unless your viewing other clueless people's comments, you'll find that Miyamoto clearly stated that it's over 50%, not 50%. By over, he could even mean 99%.

Remember when he said the game was going to be easy, when he was actually talking about the controls being simple? He likely thought saying over 50% was going to get people thinking it was nearly complete. He's probably just bad at coming up with the right words sometimes.
