Knock out street lights with the laser! I hear they have a sensor so if you shine the laser into it, it'll be tricked into thinking its daytime for a few mins.

Looks suspiciously like an Nd:YAG Class 3A laser, which might be able to cause life-long retina damage in less than a quarter of a second. Definitely not a toy; in many organizations this would be the weakest type of laser for which you already have to go to a safety training course before being allowed to handle one.
