No. Samsung's r tough phones. their screens r made of tempered glass (the type used in cars). And I'm saying smasungs r tough out of personal experience. my E900 fell on asphalt and bounced quiet a bit. But the phone still worked perfectly and no cracks or holes on it body and no scratches on the screen, only scratched paint on the body. So its a very tough phone and I had another samsung that had been through much more than the E900 and worked great even after that. Very tough phones, Samsungs.
