yes im quite shure, all the videos stream good except for this one...it gets stuck right when dara asks frankie if his neighbours hate him....it gets stuck even if its fully loaded

Have you tired jumping the load button past the freezing point? That some times helps.

I'm almost positive it's not a video issue, because it worked perfectly for me and no one else has complained.
