I have to say, I genuinely think youve done a very good thing with your channel, I remember ages ago, first seeing 'Friday' and hating it, of course, then my friend told me about your first vid and Im not gonna lie, I watched it expecting a stuck up teen having a go at everyone BUT you were actually pretty damn cool. My cousin died of CF when she was a teenager and she never really got to have the future that I will. I hope that soon, because it will be soon, that we have a cure for it. Then it'll be one illness down and the many others to go.

But if you need an answer: We are not rich, but we are not poor. I go to a public school, but we do have a pretty nice house. Except for food, shelter, clothing and research, the most important things in life cannot be bought, so we are taught not to worry about money and focus on the things that do matter. Now, about your donation...(:

I have a few reasons: 1) The disease affects primarily children because the only way to get it is to be born with it, and I feel so passionately about helping kids 2) 91 cents of every dollar goes directly to fund research for the cure and so many other non-profit organizations spend the money people donate on other things. When I did my research, I found that this is one of the best run non-profits in the world. 3) to be continued...(:

Most of us don't know if we have a defective gene because we don't get CF if we have 1 good gene. So, when 2 people meet and they fall in love and have a baby, and if they each happen to have a defective gene, then their kids stand a 25% chance of having CF. So their only crime is falling in love! Isn't that sad?):
