Uhhh no dude,this particular toy commercial was promoting the old 1995 Ocean dub that came out way before the funimation redub on toonami in 2001 years later,Funimation's first attempt of licensing the original dragonball back in the 90's partnered with BLT Productions hiring the ocean group. but yes,bandai's licensing of the toys was promotiong the old ocean dub not the texan funimation dub.

@eliitezeus I agree! Dragon Ball, though is was brief and heavily edited, had more of a atmospheric and original dub and music back then. Only 13 Ocean dubbed episodes and it only makes me wonder what could have been if more kids watched the show in 1995...

Whats funny is,that this commercial was made way before they introduced krillian in the dub,which makes no since,because after the Ocean Group/kidmark only dubbed the first 13 episodes,they basically gave up on the series untile funimation themselves eventually took over.
