  • Except the mandate were a Republican idea.

  • Imagine this if you go to jail for no medical insurance:

Jose: I slit the throat of this gringo bitch for smoking my pot.

Jerome: I capped 4 crackers for eye my booty lady.

Vinnie: I gave a guy cement shoes for not paying his debts.

    *All eyes turn to you*

Well couldn't afford medical insurance and I didn't pay the fine.........

(Guy is found the next day raped and murdered)

  • nice to see an impassioned human being talking about things that really matter in our congress..america-land of the free?? hardly! though theirs no real law,try to not pay taxes-america has the biggest inmate population in the world!-they will pass whatever they want-congress doesnt really matter-obama is just next face man to represent what is now a crumbling republic, turned fascist corporate dictatorship.untill this empire is changed.they will do whatever they want-& do-daily!your rights?! LOL

  • Thanks to the Dems our country's gone down the fucking drain, that's what! We're unfree but next year when I'm able to vote for the first time (since I'll be 18), I will not for Obama even if hell froze over! Obama's a traitor and should be in jail along with all the other cronies who supposedly represent us.

  • as the nation keeps declining with job loss,, I'd expect people to start actually breaking the insurance laws more and more since the employment situation might suck for them. Espcecially if you are on unemployment with no end in sight, past a certain point I'd expect there to be more uninsured drivers on the roadways and in my eyes I'd consider that a hardship waiver in bad economic times. Govt better correct itself soon otherwise insurance requirments will become meaningless.

  • Please show the actual text of the bill that states this.

  • well now how about we just go to debtors prison ....that fills it up real quick like ...I am gonna go to jail cause I can not afford it ....I don't have the 92.00 it takes to see a doctor with my medicare ........

  • See where he fucks up is we the people have been given the RIGHT to remain silent

The Government on the other hand has undertaken the RITE to remain silent

One is a civil liberty., the other is an OATH., you fill in the blanks

Oh, and HI from down under to all my fellow freedom fighters!

  • Everyone should want to purchase health insurance for their own good, obviously everyone is going to get sick sooner or later, why should I have to pay higher cost as a tax payer, when you have to go to the hospital as a charity case because one dosent want to be responsible for their own health care as a dead beat free loader driving up costs for everyone else, this is a no no !

  • psychphan, you don't have to buy car insurance if you have enough money set aside that could pay if you injure or damage someones property. At lest that is Texas law. The car insurance policy and health insurance policy scenario doesn't work. What it means is the poor will go to jail, and the middle class will pay for it.

  • i keep my shotgun by the door, try and arrest me

  • greetings from germany...we also have this tyrannical (national-)SOCIALIST system for over a year now...and I have only one advice for you americans:

don't give up your firearms! don't EVER give up your firearms!

god bless you all...god bless america...

  • I know I have no money for myself to take care of my health.,lettalone get a fucking job because nobody will give me one. But I also know that I have a S&W 5906 9mm that I have been cleaning.

  • @kubush Access to health care is a RIGHT not a privilege. And you lost your PRIVILEGE to talk with me because of your crude ad hominems. Now go fuck yourself.

Where in the fuck do these assholes hatch from anyway? Since when is anything just a 'given right' in this country where people have always worked and suffered to get theirs?

You Obama supporting asswipes need a long fall off a tall cliff IMHO.

  • Where were all these video months ago when they were needed/

  • I guess i'm a real gangster now!

    Dodging jail time and all.

    i still wont buy insurance.

  • you see what's happening? first they give us two options, either we buy insurance or go to jail, and now this. either we like a video or we don't, we are running out of option is this the america you want to live in?

  • No, not that you have been disproven but that you haven't proven your case in the first place. Neither party (that is official party representatives) distrust the govt since THEY ARE THE GOVT.

Oh plz, both parties want more involvement in their own niche and less in others.

Yeah, its a strawman. Look it up kid.

  • When federal has more power over the state(WHICH REPRESENT THE PEOPLE) , YOU ARE LEFT WITH COMMUNISM. AMERICA IS NOT FREE, PEOPLE WHO ARE FREE CANNOT BE IN DEBT!!

  • NON SEQUITOR. Strong federal governemnt doesnt equal communism.

  • @kubush STRONG FEDERAL GOVERNMENT? Then may I ask you whom are we in debt to? how can one claim to be free when one has "debt". That's a contridiction. Why do we vote then? To give more power to government so that we are forced to pay more taxes on "life"? There is no freedom in a bill you cannot oppose. You are owned by communist.

  • What does your private debt have to do with the govt?

Freedom and debt aren't opposites, therefore they aren't contradictions.

We vote on representatives that we believe will enact policies we support.

Taxes are part of life. Get used to it.

"You are owned by communist. "

Its those kind of comments that stifle rational debate.

  • @kubush TAXES ARE A PART OF LIFE????? I DON'T REMEMBER READING THAT, WHAT VERSE IS THAT FROM? THAT IS A FORM OF FIANANCLE SLAVERY.

  • Verse?

  • @kubush You said it was a way of life, who's life are you living/ for? your's?god?Or whatever the government tells you what to do next because it is mandated. If the government passed a law allowing slavery because it would train those who can't afford to and create new jobs would you support that? That is not the way of MY LIFE. My lifestyle choices are not yours. Should'nt you have that right?

  • I didnt say it was a way of life but a part of life. If you want to live in a functional society with roads, school, military protection, etc. you will inevitably have taxes.

''Of two things you can be certain; death and taxes" Benjamin Franklin

  • @kubush or you can teach your children yourself, get a gun, take a horse. Problem solved. Do you think man got this far buy paying mandatory fees on life? We left for that reason did'nt we......

  • If you are talking about our declaration of independence from Britain then no. We seceded because of taxation WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. We were being taxed without our consent and without seeing any of the benefits. This HC bill benefits our society and was supported by a huge number of Americans, and obviously a majority of our representatives which WE elected.

  • @kubush what polls are you reading? And for someone who is agaisnt prhohibition, you sure are for it on many other levels. IN NOW WAY IS IT JUST TO FORCE A PERSON THAT DOES'NT HAVE HEALTHCARE TO PAY TO HAVE INSURANCE ON THEIR LIFE/AND THREATEN THEM WITH FINES AND A JAIL TIME IF THEY DON'T. I AM NOT A VIOLENT PERSON,BUT I WILL PLACED IN A CAGE WITH OTHER VIOLENT PEOPLE IF I DON'T COMPLY, THAT'S ENTRAPMENT.

  • We're talking about health insurance not life insurance. And about 40% of the ppl support the bill which is not a majority but it is still a huge amount of ppl. And you arent forced to have insurance, you have the option to not get it an pay more in taxes. The jailtime is for intentionally not paying your taxes or fraud, not for not buying insurance.

  • @kubush Hopefully though through all this that is to come, we can push through all the bs and toke together as a country.

  • @kubush Don't you mean the representatives that YOU elected. You are right to say that it was supported by a huge number, but never enough to support it. Since the majority opposed it don't you think it should have never passed?, However it did because it was a FORCED issue and not something that they heard the people say they wanted. So in essence this is TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION since we (THE MAJORITY) will be taxed without our consent!

  • @richrodny A number of polls showed a majority supported a public option and there was also a poll that showed a majority of ppl are willing to pay more in taxes to get universal health care. Other polls showed that ppl want health care reform, so to say that it was taxation without representation is complete bull, especially considering that people voted for democrats and Obama on a universal health care platform.

  • @kubush I Don't know what polls you saw and another poll i saw said 89% of all polls are made up anyway. But if you look around anyway the approval rating for universal health care was 41-45 percent.

  • @egomike88 Maybe the polls that you look at are made up but the ones that I look at have statistically large enough samples to show what the opinion of the general public.

  • @kubush Anyway the polls i looked at were from aol news. The poll showed state by state disapproval of the health care plan. I don't know where you got your poll stats but the majority disapproved the health care plan.

  • @egomike88 The favorability of the public option was on several polls such as gallop. In the polls which you refer to, the "majority" is, in many cases, actually a plurality in which some that are against it, are against it because it doesn't go far enough.

  • @kubush It doesn't matter and i'm going to waste my time typing back and forth. The american people did not want this bill and it was forced threw no matter how many times it was shot down. The kept ramming it threw. The bill in itself is unconstitutional.

  • @egomike88 It is unconstitutional. Ram it through what? Because last I check the majority in the House and the Senate were for the bill.

  • @egomike88 "The american people did not want this bill" You LIE! You know how I know that? Because I am an American and I like this law. That disqualifies your entire statement!

  • @kubush It was rammed through congress. Yes it had a majority favor because the majority was all democrates. Not one republican voted for the bill and yes it is unconstitutional.

  • @egomike88 It is consitutional. Period. Not one republican voted for it because all the republicans are far right wing sell outs that prefer the status quo as is apparent with their lack of action for the past 8+ years on health care reform. On another note: u considered it "rammed" through congress bcuz republicans didn't agree? Funny how that works.

  • @kubush how the hell is it constitutional? Don't just say "It is constitutional. Period." Give us your evidence you fucking twat. Nowhere I have read in the constitution does it say the federal government has the responsibility to force people to buy stuff.

  • @eifersucht2 You are asserting that it is unconstitutional, so prove it. The govt isnt forcing to you buy anything. They have the power to tax, and if you dont have insurance you pay more in taxes, just as if you are not married you pay more in taxes. There is nothing unconstitutional about it.

  • @kubush

    Article 1, section 8

    The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

This gives no authority for congress to selectively attack people for not buying a product or not being married. The (also unconstitutional) example of marriage doesn't make health tax OK.

  • @eifersucht2 "uniform throughout the United States" doesnt mean a flat tax. It means that the federal govt can't employ a tax only in certain states or certain people (as in race or religion). You don't understand constitutional law.

  • @kubush I know it doesn't mean flat tax. But limiting the "certain people" to race or religion seems to be something you just made up. Doesn't look like those are actually listed in the constitution. If it is a direct tax, as health care tax would be, it was to be apportioned. But our government arbitrarily got rid of that because it makes wealth redistribution impossible. But it's difficult for me to convince you anything because you continue to get your arguments from thin air.

  • @eifersucht2 You have two choices. It either means a flat tax, which you ruled out, or a progressive tax that cannot be selective in the manner which I previously stated. It would make no sense to take that quote that you gave to mean that progressive tax is legal but that it is illegal in the case of insured/uninsured ppl.

  • You seriously still think there are "death panels"? Stop listing to Palin. Ignorance breeds ignorance.

"you...think the government is absolutely worthy of 100% of our blind trust"

Strawman. If you think that you are seriously misinformed.

  • That is ironic since the Nazi's were fascists which is far right on the political spectrum. Your entire argument is a slippery slope fallacy and a bunch on non sequitors.

  • Two things dude. First is that it is the States doing it, not the federal government. The second is that if you want to drive a car in most States then you need to have auto insurance. But what if you refuse? If you refuse then you cannot drive a vehicle in that State. Now comes the federal government mandating that you purchase health insurance, and if you don't then what will happen? Will you be denied your life, that which is to be insured? The answer is yes because you will be put in prison.

  • You won't be put in prison for not buying insurance. You CAN get put in prison for defrauding the IRS. BIG DIFFERENCE.

  • @jbranstetter04 Couldn't you compare the need for Health Insurance to the need of Auto Insurance? We're required to be insured because of the financial damage that we as drivers can cause and could not normally pay for. Now the Uninsured still get treated in this Country and the cost has to be passed to either the Government or the Insured. Now is it right or wrong to operate a system like that? The argument that you don't need it is a little pointless, most Americans will get seriously sick.

  • @jbranstetter04 You won't be thrown in prison for not getting insurance. You can get throw in prison however if you willfully dont pay your taxes. That is a big difference.

  • @jbranstetter04 You wont be put in prison for not getting insurance. Stop peddling this LIE!

  • @jbranstetter04 You do realize that jail time is available for copyright infringement? Very few are actually hit with jail time - I can only think of 2 instances ever. Jail time is also available for tax evasion. If you think about the refusal to pay for health insurance as stealing, since you CAN'T just refuse to get sick like you CAN refuse to drive a car, then jail time in many instances will be a more than a fair penalty and will act as a strong deterrent to free riding.

  • @jbranstetter04 Plus having a car/license is a privilege not a right so states have the right to regulate it as needed.

  • @jbranstetter04 but owning and driving a car is a luxury not your health you can do with our the car not your health

  • @sonnych69 well said and thumbs up

  • @jbranstetter04 LOL, first off you don't tell a person scraping by on minimal income or in no permanent job situation to add take on a monthly expense like health insurance. You best guarantee a living wage with the ability to save before you start dictating how one should spend what they make. As far as owning a car goes, actually it is a necessity depending on where you live because mass transit is not well developed in remote areas of the country and does not go everywhere.

  • no one is forced to buy auto insurance you fucking tard..

drviing is optional you fucking noob

  • You are forced to pay for the roads through taxes, whether you use them or not.

And cmon, name calling is uncalled for. Take the higher ground.

  • @kubush

public roads are paid through through taxes by the public. This health care bill requires me to purchase a product I might not use for 30 years from a private insurance company. This private health insurance company can charge me enormously because the law says I must buy insurance

  • You're wrong. Do auto insurance companies charge enormously? No.

And you don't have to buy it if you don't want. You'll just have to pay more tax.

  • Actually, imbecile, roads are payed for based on usage through gasoline and diesel taxes. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with how roads are built and maintained before making idiotic comparisons.

  • Fuck off if your going to insult me instead of having a mature debate. And you're wrong again. local roads are paid for my local taxes. The taxes on gasoline are federal taxes.

  • You fuck off you communist piece of shit. Statist; communist sheep like yourself are, in my opinion, unworthy of life, so go die in a corner.

I hope that when the revolution comes, you are up against the wall.

  • Your true colors are revealed. You're a model for how most of the right wing actually is: uncivilized, immature and ignorant.

  • Your true color was evident from the very beginning, and that color is RED. You're a model of the left: cowardly, lazy, envious, and larcenous.

  • @dkrustyklown You don't know shit about me.

  • @kubush

I know that everything you stand for is tyranny, oppression, and brigandry.

  • @dkrustyklown Like I said...

  • I guess that you've never heard of state gas taxes then? LOL

  • @psychphan We have come to accept this because it's best for the majority of people, socialism at it's finest. IF SLAVERY WAS THE BEST FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE, WOULD THAT MAKE IT MORALLY RIGHT?

  • @psychphan your views are alittle off. Driving a car is your choice. You don't have to drive unless you want to. And if you do decide you'd like to not drive a car there will be no fines against you, you just cannot drive. Where-as if you don't want health insurance, to bad you have to or we will fine you. So as for your car insurance rant its debunked.

  • @psychphan

What moronic takes. Give socialism a chance?? First off

Auto Insurance is mandated by the States NOT the federal

    government.

Secondly driving is a right not a privilege. The governement

does control who has the right to drive on public highways

and auto insurance mandates are at a minimu liability in case

    you run over someone else.

The government (up until now) does not provide health insurance

why the hell are we not allowed to self insure? This is tyranny.

  • @psychphan Hay psycho, fuck you ya liberal BASTARD How bout if the libs tell ya ta jump of a cliff I recon ya all will be the first in line. Ya fucken simple parasite

  • @psychphan LOL! You buy the obama bullshit!LOL What a retard!

  • @psychphan we are to buy insurence only to drive a car, this is a very poor argument here dude, many many people dont drive a car so should they have to buy car insurence?

  • @mystic81006 everyone who drives a car could crash, so they must buy car insurance. similarly, everyone who exists could have an accident and become an economic burden on taxpayers, so they should have to buy health insurance. say someone w/o health insurance falls off a bridge and is rushed to the emergency room and saved. say they are unable to pay for the care they received. if they do not have health insurance, who pays for it???

  • @10YNWA10 Not every one owns a car, more people don't own a car then people that do,so this is a week argument my friend. What ever happened to helping people? What ever happened to charity? Is the world so evil now that we forget about the poor people who cant pay? And now we are forcing them to buy something they cant. What is wrong with the way things are now?Doctors are rich, nurses make a killing and hospitals are doing well.

  • @mystic81006 part of it is to help people who would not be able to afford a regular health plan get regular care, which many of them normally would not get. if something is caught early at a check-up, it is generally MUCH cheaper and less painful to deal with then if caught in the later stages (as is the case with many who cannot afford regular checkups). so the measure helps them greatly by allowing regular checkups, AND reduces the burden on everyone else

  • @10YNWA10 So then if it for many of people who cant get health insurance, then what the difference to what we have now, there already getting free insurance any how, medicaid pays for most our health insurance,so what the difference to what we have now to what there trying to do? the only difference is they want to regulate it,nothing more.

  • @10YNWA10 If being charitable is being a burden on everyone then I opt out of this world all together, what you just said proves all you care about is your self and what is in your wallet.First you say this for for the people who cant afford health care but we already have Medicaid, then you say we are a burden on everyone. So if we got free health care would we still not be a burden on everyone? its still the tax payer paying for it in the end.

  • @10YNWA10 The ones who can pay for it out of charity will pay for it,they already do and do not complain about it.tax payers help with the rest but this also don't matter because at the end of the year its a tax right off.So who the hell cares who pays for it,its being payed.I don't know how to fell about it,do we deny people charity like tight asses or do we deny them all together, and this is what this is all about, greedy people who only care about them selves my friend.

  • @10YNWA10 Its also about a complete take over, this is what it is all rely about, force us all to buy something we don't need, then tomorrow we all will have to show our papers on the street just to walk around town. Its no different to what Hitler did,he lied and told millions to get on the trains to take them to safety, but rely it was taking them to there deaths and death camps. He lied and said these camps where a good thing and they where there to help the Jews.

  • @mystic81006 that doesn't make it a bad example. everyone who can drive a car (less than half of people) must buy car insurance. similarly, everyone who can get into an accident or get sick (all people) must have health insurance

  • @10YNWA10 Not every, there are the ones like me who gives a crap about health insurance,if I get sick and doctors don't do anything that on them, that's on there conscience, not mine.If health relates to money in the end then I also opt out of that to,this world is nothing more then greedy people who only care about there greedy money, not a kid who is dying of cancer, but there money.

  • Comment removed

  • @mystic81006 there are children dying because their families cannot afford regular checkups. the way it should work is that people who can afford health care will have to buy it so as not to be a burden, while those who cannot afford it will have it provided for them. i agree that the world should be much more caring then it is, but the law must assume it is less caring and act accordingly, to ensure, rather than just have faith, that those who need help will get it

  • @10YNWA10 As to I agree there are many people dying because they can afford health insurance,I have to say we all die,if its not when we are young its when we are old.And to this its silly to say we all must have it.Yes,we all need to calm down about the subject and give to the needy. We need to stop worrying about every person and just leave it the way it is now.there is nothing wrong with the way it is now. They are changing nothing, they are just regulating it.

  • @10YNWA10 My point is what? We all die,but there still are the ones who have health problems who have to deal with them day in and day out,and its these people who need it more then most,So why not just concentrate on the ones who rely need it and not the whole world? What they are doing is trying to control us and mandate us into there system, and if anyone declines,we cant buy, sell or work, because we are not part of the system,if you don't see this, you are blind my friend.

  • @psychphan Yes but you don't have to buy a car.

  • @psychphan you must make enough money to afford. plus we are the only country who has the highest cost for healthcare. while other countries has state of the art health care the is free for the public. YOU ARE A FUCKING JACKASS

  • No, you are spreading falsehood and propaganda.

  • You are wrong. You need to get your facts straight. You can opt to not buy insurance and pay 2.5% more on your income tax.

  • why should I be fined for not buying a product?

why is the government forcing me to buy something?

  • Why should I pay higher taxes/premiums for the uninsured? Why is the govt forcing me to pay for them?

  • Before this bill was passed, government didn't force you to pay higher premiums for the uninsured, since you weren't obligated to pay any premiums at all if you wished.

With this bill, government will force you to pay premiums, even if you didn't want health insurance.

Oh, and spare us the idiotic comparison to auto insurance. Not EVERYONE has to purchase auto insurance, since you can simply choose to avoid the PRIVILEGE of driving if you wished to not purchase auto insurance.

  • Some ppl don't have the luxury to not have insurance.

It is a legit comparison that points out that govt has required ppl to purchase private products before. The fact that they don't have to get a car is irrelevant.

  • Driving a car on public roads is a PRIVILEGE. In order to enjoy that privilege, a driver has to meet certain requirements, like pass a driving exam and acquire auto insurance. If a person does not want to meet these requirements, then he can just forgo the privilege of driving.

Tell us, what privilege does the health insurance mandate give me access to? A mandate should only be imposed in exchange for a privilege that can be declined. What privilege can I decline in order to not be mandated?

  • Access to health care is a RIGHT not a privilege. And you lost your PRIVILEGE to talk with me because of your crude ad hominems. Now go fuck yourself.

  • Take the auto insurance requirement as an example. In exchange for purchasing auto insurance, I gain the privilege of driving a car on the public roads.

What privilege do I gain in exchange for purchasing health insurance under the health insurance mandate?

The answer is none, unless you consider not being oppressed a privilege.

Oh, look at that, I'm still talking to you, LOL. Go hang yourself, sheepboy.

  • And the the reason I brought up the auto insurance comparison is because penny claimed that the health insurance companies will be able to charge enormouse prices due to the mandate. The auto insurance companies serve as a case study that disproves that notion.

  • If you dont buy health insurance you pay more in income taxes. Just as when you dont get a morgage you pay more in income taxes. It amounts to the same thing.

  • If you dont pay your taxes then of course you face fines or imprisonment. If I dont pay a portion of my income taxes in protest bcuz i want to pay the same amount of taxes that a person with a mortgage does, then my ass will be fined or thrown in jail. That is the nature of taxes.

  • Not necessarily true. One could argue that individual rights are good for the collective.

Think of it as a tax deduction for getting insurance rather than a fine for not getting insurance.

  • If you dont want insurance and dont mind paying the tax then whats the problem?

  • the problem is that you can't not have insurance, if you decided not to have insurance you'll be fined.

  • Of course you can "not have insurance." You'll just have to pay more in income tax. Just as you don't have to have a mortgage. You'll just have to pay more taxes. It amounts to the same thing.

  • The truth is, the bill raises taxes (1% on income) on everyone and those have insurance get a tax exemption. That is not tyranny.

And obviously if you don't pay your taxes...

  • How the hell is this system "socialized"?

  • so funny, im not going to buy it,

  • Close to 1.5 million raised already on firenancypelosi(dot)com

  • all of this time i didn't get how people related obama to socialism,

sadly now I'm starting to see why.

  • What is sad is that you are falling for republican propaganda.

  • Soylent green is people.

  • America's government shouldn't be based on two parties fighting just for the sake of one side winning... it should be about doing what's right for the American people. Our nation is in bad shape. I would suggest everyone read George Orwell's 1984 and look at the depressing similarities.

  • Are we meant to live this way? Born with no choices, or options?

Outside of the few privileged, we're all shoved through the ill fitting public schools, and bred to be little drones that fund the machine with money earned doing jobs we hate, while barely making ends meet, and stripping happiness from our lives. Why? So we can eat enough to keep working so that we can eat enough to keep working so that we can eat enough to keep working.

Both parties can kiss my pale ass. >:[

  • @ adulamunda -- Wealth is for the creators, the producers, the earners. Of course wealth is not for the priveledged. Wealth is for those few who are willing to work hard and create it. It cannot be redistributed, because when you loot the work of one MAN and spread it to the needy moochers, you find that the MAN will stop working. The moochers will never stop being needy. It won't be long before there is no one left to loot, and everyone is needy. Then everyone starves.

  • well let's get this shit over with and pass this fucking bill.I give all americans no more than 5 years and they will eat only nudels and beans. In no more than 5 years all us welth will be wiped out and say hello to cuban life.I risked my life and went trough 5 communist prisons 21 years ago in order to excape here to freedom from former communist country.now I have to go trough this shit all over again.FUCK YOU ALL.

  • @mezeto Hey man. I love you. Ok? Thank you for what you did for me in those prisons. I will stand by your side and fight like hell for our freedoms, 53 years old but Im still strong. Your sacrafice wasnt in vain. I, for one, am grateful, and you bought my freedom all these years with your sacrafice. Love you brother. It aint over. We will rise again. Mark my words.

  • Wealth won't be wiped. Accumulation will be wiped. Wealth is for the masses, not for the privileged.

  • @adulamunda

If wealth comes to the masses, inflation will steal it away.

  • Ok if you don't pay your taxes to the police to the firemen to the schools to medicare to our parks to water treatment to nasa to the war to the post office you'll get fined and go to jail so what's the problem with health care

  • Comment removed

  • Do you know all that's in that bill , I suggest you find out ,,, it ain't pretty,,and it ain't just health care. You may like the Bill ,,, but you will not like this country sooner than one might think,,,there will be big trouble .

  • hmmm sure need a lot of prisons for all those people who won't be able to afford insurance.

Oh but wait...that will create lots of jobs and big money for the rich. Prisons are big money. Oh yes, lot's of new construction jobs too, unless they tend to use Fema's prison.

Then what do we have? Millions of law-abiding citizens turned FELON because they are poor. Wow! How many ramifications does that suggest? For one; no Felon is allowed to own a gun; get rid of a lot of the guns in one swoop.

  • Its called Terrorism. scaring people into doing something. maybe people should start using their brains.

  • Stand by ,,, you ain't seen nothing yet

  • I would urge all police officers to fulfill their duty to protect and serve we the people, by refusing to arrest anyone who has refused to purchase insurance. If you comply, you will be taking part in conspiracy to deprive people of their civil rights, and you will be considered enemies of the people. Boycott this law.

  • A good question. If I get deathly sick and don't have insurance...will get health care in prison or do they deny it?

  • thats the same penalty you see at the begining of a VHS tape

    the FBI warning

$250,000 or 5 years in prison

  • TO WAR!

Ladies in gentlemen, we are witnessing the death of our once great republic. Fret not, however, for we shall witness convulsions the likes of which this continent has not seen. I will suffer a patriot's death and my blood shall stain this land, but by the Almighty God, I will spill the blood of tyrants along with my own.

This is a declaration of war. I will not pay. I will fight. I will kill. I will die.

Let us ride to war my friends, and die like men.

  • There is going too be a massive civil war in the near future. This healthcare bill is unconstitutional and the treasonous senators who voted for it know this. These criminal senators should all be removed from office by force if neccesary arrested and charged with treason. The heatlhcare bill along with the globol warming crap is just a scam too enslave and rob people of their money.

  • Hopefully the states will go forward with plans to nullify the unconstitutional federal law requiring americans to get health insurance or be punished as felons. I'm afraid they'll give in to bribes and threats like so many times before though, but I can at least hope otherwise.

  • All Repubs - if you hate freedom that much leave my nation now. You were NEVER Americans anyway. Just douche bag posers. If only the WTC was hosting the GOP/700 Club/Moral Majority convention on 9-11 we would be in such better shape.

  • Blame Democrats for over spending, taxing, going to war with afghanistan when they were against wars, want death panels for older people, socialized health care and etc. I'm Independent and and Libertarian if anythign Ron Paul makes more sense than both Democrats and Republicans, I'm against the wars but I support the troops because my Uncle was in the military but now retired after putting in 25 years. If clinton did his job when he had chance to get bin laden we wouldnt be in this mess huh?

  • Clinton did do his job. The economy was booming (despite the gop's best efforts) and he had the NSA debrief Bush as he came into office. What the hell does "support the troops" mean? If you gave a fuck about them you would then pulled out of Iraq now. I served in Iraq. It's a fucking sewer. Funny how you ignore Bush's master fuck up on 9-11 Racist much?

  • "Clinton did his job. the economy was booming"

BULL-FUCKIN-SHIT.....the economy was headed into a recession BEFORE Clinton left office, you putz.

  • zzzzzz...zzzzz....zzzzz

  • "if you gave a fuck about them (the troops) you would pulled out of Iraq"

HAHA! Well I guess your Magic Negro in office doesn't give a fuck about troops then, cuzz no troops are on their way home.......but MORE are going to war. So lick my balls, you ignorant fucktard.

  • Obama has set the date. See - I'm a combat vet of the US Army. Had you actually served you would know you can't just pull the plug on this shit. Cowardly cunts like you are good at flapping the cum hole under your nose, but that's just about it. My question to you is who in your home sucks dick the best? your mom, dad or yourself?

  • he set the date then changed it and again and again and again now its like what 64 months. What did clinton do besides get head in the oral office> The Sudanese offered Bin Laden's head on a platter three times to Clinton and he said he wasn't a national security interest. How bout after embassy bombings, uss Cole and Yemen you think he is now. First of all Bush did sign the Patriot Act that goes against the 4th Amendment and Obama sent more troops to die there ya go they both screwed up.

  • Stick it in your ass god squad.

  • Ok well I think im going to use the Hate Crime Bill on you now and you will be in prison for awhile, I'm going to contact my attorney in the morning!

  • So much for your "faith" eh?

  • I was being sarcastic since thats what liberal's do when they get attacked they run and whine because somebody used there 1st amendment free speech lol

  • Sure you were. (wink, wink) your Allah may fall for that but not me.

  • BTW - If a person has a name "RideWitChrist" then they are hardly a muslim. We Christian Conservatives can easily see "Allah" as a false god who was stolen by Mohammed from a pagan temple. Allah = the crescent moon god. The reason he called his god this is because when he and his band of theives attacked and destroyed a pantheon temple. Only the "Allah" statue remained so he claimed that to be the "true god". But there is only one God and one mediator between God and man, that is Jesus Christ!

  • 28 years old and you can't pick up on sarcasm? Jesus = Allah = Papa Smurf = Bigfoot. Its all fiction.

  • There are hundreds of recorded records outside of the Bible that Jesus of Nazereth was born and walked the Earth around 2,000 years ago. So no, Jesus is not fiction and I hope you find that out sooner than later.

  • But he's no Horus...you blasphemers will burn for not accepting Horus into pagan lives.

  • I believe in jesus and if its all fiction for for then let it be but dont tell somebody what they can or cant believe in ohh and btw i dont worship allah

  • Allah, jesus, Satan, whatever it's all the same.

  • Dont you see that the christian, jewish, and muslim god are all the same with minor details changed. Also unless you can read hebrew you cant interpret gods true word even then you may not get it right because of human error which is why i have decided not to read the bible i just do what i think god would want and that all i can do in my opinion. And finally muslims beileve in jesus but not as their savior they beileve the savior has not come yet . In short be tolerant that what god wants.

  • Jews and Christians believe in the same God minus Jesus as the Saviour and Son of God that Christians believe in. But Muslims' Allah is NOT the same God at all. Allah is a fallen angel masquerading as an angel of light but in reality Allah is a pagan Crescent Moon god of war. Yes, the one true God YHWH does want us to be loving and tolerant but He does not want us to put His laws and commandments aside in order for us to do so! Being PC blinds true faith and makes us weak in our beliefs!

  • oh you're a fuckin idiot. jesus. for one, you can't say ok we are going to war in afghanistan and then turn around and say o but we're pulling out in 18 months. all the rag heads have to do is hide in the mountains for 18 months waiting for us to leave! and dont act like you're better than people just bc your a fucking vet. i hate assholes like you that try and use that to their advantage

  • Run along little moron. The men are trying to talk now.

  • spoken like a true moronic liberal prick

  • Dammit! I had some snarky reply all ready to go and went to you page to harvest personal info (e.g. location, hobbies, religion) to customize my insult to you, but saw your bambino and am a Dad myself and well all the other shit goes away. You win this time right wing guy with cute kid. DAMN YOU!
