  • terra deadlift in a good form! ash probaly have to lighten the weight, her low back is rounding.

  • @llllperfectllll I agree, Terra has a really nice back arch going. I have more Ash-like form, now matter how hard I try to force keeping the arch. For me, I think its a flexibility issue so I've been working on that more.

    I was looking into the Javorek complexes, they are supposed to help this. What do you think?

  • @bigislander72 - You should switch to sumo deadlifts. People who are tall, or have long torsos, seem to feel more comfortable doing these.
