He's not 'saying' it but I'm sure he does. That was a really well made clip, and I'm sure it would take me 3 to 4 times longer for me to make a short clip of similar quality. But really, who makes a virtual diary of themselves on the largest information sharing device on the planet, sounds like attention seeking to me, sounds like you want pity, sounds pathetic.

i love this because its so softly spoken.
only thing i would change is making the music a tad louder to have the more music impact, but without overpowering your meaning and voice
