Correction: I voluntarily left due to fear that the sheriff would revoke the bond I am out of jail on on a separate issue. Special circumstances made me choose freedom and no house over possible still losing the house and going to jail. I'm wondering why I would send anything to IRS besides a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right? The IRS is not sanctioned by the Constitution, therefore, I choose to not comply with any IRS orders or to recognize their alleged legitamacy in ANY way.

When you sign it, does the date have to the date of that day or is it our birth date that goes there? I've got a bill from the city for W/S/G and it's a small bill, hardly anyplace to write on. The coupon is the whole bill. There's another individual who is doing this same process but sending the bills back to the Corporation Headquarters, like for instance the Electric Company not the IRS. @antibrainwash I think the reason why you are having so many problems is because it could be possible you didn't take the right steps before you did your A4V and acceptance for value. Did you file a UCC-1? Or send your declaration of sovereignty affidavit to the public? How about getting your power of attorney? In 2008, a few guys sent their birth certificates to the US T D to set up a prepaid account to discharge debt. They also tried to use the 1099OID. The IRS went after them for fraudulent filing with a $5,000.00 fine if they didn't recant. It seems that after the Wesley Snipes case and also The United Cities the feds came after these guys claiming they are intentionally tried to defraud the government which was not true but two are in the feds right now and another one just got indicted

@MrReadornot if you haven't already seen it I would recommend Aaron Russo documentary 'freedom to Fascism' for the low-down on tax/income tax payments from an American point of view. Robert Menard (Canadian) is probably the most knowledgable of all the 'Freemen of the land' and I cannot recommend one of his talks highly enough. He is at a stage where he can't be arrested for anything unless under Common Law, which means he must've caused 'harm or loss'. Very interesting stuff.

Correction: I voluntarily left due to fear that the sheriff would revoke the bond I am out of jail on on a separate issue. Special circumstances made me choose freedom and no house over possible still losing the house and going to jail. Had I not had the extenuating circumstances I would have squatted in the home... perhaps would still be there.

I believe my A4V worked... however I was still fraudulently removed from my home and the bank was paid twice.... and got the house. I want to be optimistic about this because it would be GREAT if it were true. But I have a question - if all the people who do this, have control of their "strawman", etc, and can use A4V, treasury account because of birth certificate or SSN (unlimited funds), WHY ARE THEY CHARGING FOR THIS INFO AND THE KITS? If they have to charge something, why not $5. It does NOT make sense. If what they're claiming actually works, they would give this info and kits away for free, because they want to help.

I'm wondering why I would send anything to IRS besides a Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right? The IRS is not sanctioned by the Constitution, therefore, I choose to not comply with any IRS orders or to recognize their alleged legitamacy in ANY way.

I don't doubt that this info is accurate. Everyday I discover more and more lies about "our" system in this country. However, I don't believe that the IRS, utility companies, mortgage companies, and auto finance companies will allow folks to get away with this.
