    Dont be hating on my video. I'm natural, but I dont go posting ignorant comments on other peoples vids. It is obvious pro bodybuilders use roids, their the best top tier bodybuilders on the planet. If they wanna take the risks, so be it. I still respect the hard work, dedication and will power they have. Roids dont make the person, genetics and environmental conditions are the main factors.

I sustained a strained front delt and rotator cuff about 10 weeks ago, still dealing with that i had 8 weeks no upper body now im back into it, but stll not 100%, but during that time off the upper half I focused on my legs. They've come along quite nicely. How bout yourself? Any good progress? Love to hear about it. Later

  • Yes, good point, but even myself, when I ask for a spot, I don't usually need much assistance if any, just a nodge to get threw the sticking point. Cutler's probabily the same, even though to me or you that weight is ridiculous, he can press it with great control, he even proves it on his 3rd rep by pausing slightly at the bottom. I love his style of training. Thanks man!

  • Starting with Dorian on legs was a must, his partners ranting and his grunting at the weights shows so much on how he trained. Cutler, Coleman and Ruhl are the mass kings and lift some of the largest amounts of weights in bodybulding today whilse maintaining descent form. And since I showed a few presses I decided it would be best to end it off with the king, Dorian
