My neighbors son is 120 at 4 y/o. It makes me sick. Her dad (her son's grandpa) would constantly comment to me and say, "At least you spend time w/ your kids." Awful odd, right? Especially when the boys mom is her parent's only daughter. I've seen the mom buy snacks at our little corner store and tell her son to stay out of them, and then never punished him for disobeying and getting into them anyway. He has sleep apnea and his dr says that his throat is almost swelled shut w/ fat, literally. =\

my daughter has eating issues she has never seemed full not even at birth but at 8 she is nowhere near the weights of these toddlers
